【摘要】教育是知識創新、傳播和應用的主要基地,是培養創新精神和創新人才的重要搖籃。作為一名高中英語教師必須具備全面創新的能力素質。這種素質主要包括:較強的掌握信息的能力素質和知識更新的能力素質;根據學生實際,把納入課堂教學體系的信息進行加工、提煉的能力素質;因人而異、因材施教,不斷改進教育教學方法的能力素質;將教材的內容與時代熱點相結合(及理論聯系實際)的能力素質。

一、改變教學觀念
要解決知識的無限性和學生在校時間的有限這個矛盾,必須讓學生獲得終身學習的能力。正所謂“授人以魚,不如授人以漁。”
我一直嘗試一種重在培養學生養成良好的學習習慣和實際操作語言的能力。在教學過程中,我注重“以學生為主體,老師為指導,能力培養為主線”的教學方法。這種做法讓學生參與,積極思考和親自實踐;培養學生的參與意識,競爭意識,和創新意識,發展學生的創造思維能力和學生的社會責任意識。
二、注重情商培養
吉爾伯特.海特在《教學的意識》一書中,精辟的描述了教學不應是冷若冰霜的,教師
和學生都有著自己的思想和情感,因此教學活動應是情感與理智的和弦,熱情與智慧的統一。
三、借力多媒體技術
高速發展的信息時代使現代化的教學手段被利用到課堂教學成為可能。彼得.克萊曼說:“當學習充滿樂趣時,才更有效。”不失時機的利用多媒體技術,使教學活動在學生的興趣和熱情中悄然進行。
四、知識輸入與應用并重
下面是我如何把上面提到的幾點應用到課堂教學中的。敬請同仁不吝指教。

Sandstorm in China appear to have increased in recent years as a result “desertification”. This is a processes that happens when land becomes desert because of climate changes and because of people cut down trees and dig up grass. When a sandstorm arrive in the city, weather expert advise people not to go out. To cycle in a sandstorm is frightened. If you want to go out, youd better wear a mask. Up to now, the government have planted more than 30billion tree ?and plans to continue plant for the next five years.

使高三學生在復習掌握基礎知識的同時,加強能力的提升是我一直堅持的教學做法.語言的輸入與語言的輸出并重是我一貫堅持的理念.情感目標的升華是語言學習與現實生活的有機結合。多媒體技術很好地輔助體現了教師的教學思路和教學方法,使教學內容的科學性和教學活動的藝術性很好地融為一體。
結語:
多年來,在英語教學中,努力使語言知識與靈活多樣的教學形式形成水乳交融之勢,推動英語教學進入一種藝術境界,產生藝術之美,讓學生在藝術美的境界中汲取知識。課堂教學是藝術與科學有機結合。
