Analysis of Know ledge Map of Job Comp lexity Researches Based on International Comparison

Abstract：Owing to the rapid development of economy and technology，as well as the explosion of knowledge and information，people now face complicated challenges in the work.Both Chinese and foreign scholars do job complexity researches in different perspectives．Compared with foreign job complexity research，the domestic research still has a large gap in research results and practical application．In view of this，citing 949 papers in Chinese and 2377 papers in English as samples，the present paper visualizes the research fields of job complexity with citespace platform and draws the knowledge map of job complexity so as to show the present situation and development process of job complexity in China and foreign countries more clearly with specific means，such as word frequency statistics，the keyword clustering.The Result shows the prosperous development in the job complexity research field，and many research branches highlight the interdisciplinary characteristics and vitality of job complexity research．The important theoretical basis of job complexity field is relatively clear．Besides，theconcerns of job complexity in China and foreign countries are also different．Domestic researches focus on higher education administration，while the foreign researches attach great importance to enterprise organization．This paper attempts to clarify the fog of job complexity，use the relatively complete theories of foreign countries for reference to make up for thevacancy in domestic research and provide adirection and some beneficial enlightenments．

Abstract:To understand the of philosophy problem of broadspectrum philosophy,at least need to cross two steps.The first step is to understand and grasp the principle of philosophy,that people can unified to the philosophy problem is the understanding about the relationship between the structure of objective things,which become the most important prerequisite to philosophy mathematization.The second step involves the people’s understanding to modern structuralism mathematical.The modern structuralist mathematics is a kind of sublation to traditional quantitative mathematics.Not only that,in order to realize the philosophy mathematization,but also transformon the modern structuralist mathematics dialectically in order to become the weapon of philosophy mathematization.this aspect,broad-spectrum philosophy’s attempts are successful.

Abstract：Kuso video,meme,live broadcast,barrage and many other chaos reflect the problematization of digital transmission subject,also mark the complexity of the subject issue in communication study.In this case,Lacanian psychoanalysis can be used to redefine the nature, effectiveness and implementation of communication in the context of digital decentering.On the one hand, the imagination and performance of the“group”reveal the purpose and effect of communication in the“information compilation-meaning decoding”—the cure and identity of the individual to the self.On the other hand,the key to the deconstruction and reconstruction of Lacan’s thoughts in the context of the digital existence and practice of mankind lies in the practice and examination of the new“media-human”fusion,which is fusion of“writing(speech)and image(visual)-a brand-new Subject of practice.In the long run,as for the issue of digital communication subject,the main problem,more theoretical ideas are to be tried.The integration of a variety of interdisciplinary empirical research methods is to be explored. Individual survival and psychology in post-human age are to be cared for.

Annotation of Shuowen Jiezi with Theories of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism

Abstract：Duan Yucai is a famous linguist and a scholar of Qian jia textology of Qing dynasty.He has profound knowledge and broad vision,which is better himself in studying Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism.As one of the most formidable scholar who knows Taoist texts and Confucian classics very well.It is worth noting that Annotated Shuowen Jiezi highlights the ideology of the Confucian classics as the basic thought.In the process of interpreting Chinese characters,Duan created his own unique methodology,namely in adhering to Confucianism as the nuclear position and quote Buddhist classics and Taoist classics into his study as well.Obviously,Duan’s Annotation of Shuowen Jiezi not only presents his own profound knowledge but also embodies the understanding of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,based on the development of China’s specific practice,guided by Marxism theory,relying on the contemporary development and changes of Chinese party,national and world conditions,and with excellent traditional Chinese thought of governance as a historical Mirror,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has initially formed powerful and influential new ideas of governing the country and dealing with politics in the process of scientifically responding to the times,effectively answering the development problems,resolving practical problems in an accurate manner and also in the aspects of administering the party,the country,the army,the areas of reform,development and stability,as well as the areas of internal affairs,national defense and diplomacy.Character traits of practical reality,problem orientation,integral systematicness,specific pertinence,collective learning,first-line research,people’s position determine that we cannot simply put these new ideas together and enumerate them automatically with experience and dogma,nor can we deliberately overstate and over-interpretate them.On the basis of seeking truth from facts and from the perspective of combining theory and practice,we should conscientiously sum up the internal mechanism and logical law of the new ideas while adhering to the unity of correct position,the scientific point of view and rigorous academic,and also constantly enrich and develop the new ideas of governing the country and dealing with politics by the unity and benign interaction of theory and practice.
