民辦本科高校如何完善體系搭建平臺(tái)高效推動(dòng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)工作

【摘要】根據(jù)黨的十七大報(bào)告，實(shí)施擴(kuò)大就業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，必須促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè)，創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為我國(guó)高校思想政治教育中的重要組成部分。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是學(xué)校工作中的重要內(nèi)容，高校通過(guò)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育，可以培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新能力的創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才，幫助大學(xué)生更好地就業(yè)。本文主要分析了民辦高校在創(chuàng)建大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)工作方面，推進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育完善體系、搭建平臺(tái)的有效建議，以供參考。

【Abstract】According to the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party， the implementation of the development strategy for enlarging the employment， it is necessary to promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education become an important part of the ideological and political education of our country. Entrepreneurship education is an important content in the work of the University. The university can cultivate innovative talents with innovative ability and help them to better employment.. This paper mainly analyzes the effective suggestions of the private university in the creation of College Students entrepreneurship， and to promote the perfection of entrepreneurship education and build the platform.

民辦高校的教育問(wèn)題一直是社會(huì)普遍關(guān)注的問(wèn)題，在民辦本科教育的發(fā)展過(guò)程中，應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持“一手抓工程，一手抓教育”的目標(biāo)。隨著民辦本科院校的規(guī)模越來(lái)越大，學(xué)校擴(kuò)招了很多學(xué)生，就業(yè)問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)峻。為了解決這一問(wèn)題，民辦高校應(yīng)該完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系，搭建教育平臺(tái)，促進(jìn)學(xué)校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育工作的順利發(fā)展。

一、民辦高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀

改革開(kāi)放30多年來(lái)，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展，取得了很大的成就。中國(guó)人民享受到了改革開(kāi)放帶來(lái)的成果。民辦高校也隨之發(fā)展起來(lái)，一批熱愛(ài)民辦教育的有識(shí)之士，順應(yīng)時(shí)代要求，為中國(guó)的民辦教育貢獻(xiàn)出自己的力量。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以后，中國(guó)民辦教學(xué)飛速發(fā)展，民辦學(xué)校規(guī)模有所擴(kuò)大，為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)了一大批優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生。民辦高校教育的現(xiàn)狀顯示了中國(guó)高等教育的整體辦學(xué)水平正在大幅度提高。在大學(xué)生整體就業(yè)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻的情況下，自主創(chuàng)業(yè)成為社會(huì)各界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)，政府工作報(bào)告也強(qiáng)調(diào)：應(yīng)該優(yōu)化就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境，促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力，以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè)。……
