民辦本科高校如何完善體系搭建平臺高效推動大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)工作

【摘要】根據黨的十七大報告，實施擴大就業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，必須促進創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動就業(yè)，創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為我國高校思想政治教育中的重要組成部分。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是學校工作中的重要內容，高校通過創(chuàng)業(yè)教育，可以培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新能力的創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才，幫助大學生更好地就業(yè)。本文主要分析了民辦高校在創(chuàng)建大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)工作方面，推進創(chuàng)業(yè)教育完善體系、搭建平臺的有效建議，以供參考。

【Abstract】According to the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party， the implementation of the development strategy for enlarging the employment， it is necessary to promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education become an important part of the ideological and political education of our country. Entrepreneurship education is an important content in the work of the University. The university can cultivate innovative talents with innovative ability and help them to better employment.. This paper mainly analyzes the effective suggestions of the private university in the creation of College Students entrepreneurship， and to promote the perfection of entrepreneurship education and build the platform.

民辦高校的教育問題一直是社會普遍關注的問題，在民辦本科教育的發(fā)展過程中，應該堅持“一手抓工程，一手抓教育”的目標。隨著民辦本科院校的規(guī)模越來越大，學校擴招了很多學生，就業(yè)問題越來越嚴峻。為了解決這一問題，民辦高校應該完善創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系，搭建教育平臺，促進學校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育工作的順利發(fā)展。

一、民辦高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀

改革開放30多年來，我國經濟飛速發(fā)展，取得了很大的成就。中國人民享受到了改革開放帶來的成果。民辦高校也隨之發(fā)展起來，一批熱愛民辦教育的有識之士，順應時代要求，為中國的民辦教育貢獻出自己的力量。進入21世紀以后，中國民辦教學飛速發(fā)展，民辦學校規(guī)模有所擴大，為社會培養(yǎng)了一大批優(yōu)秀的大學畢業(yè)生。民辦高校教育的現(xiàn)狀顯示了中國高等教育的整體辦學水平正在大幅度提高。在大學生整體就業(yè)形勢嚴峻的情況下，自主創(chuàng)業(yè)成為社會各界關注的重點，政府工作報告也強調：應該優(yōu)化就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境，促進大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力，以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動就業(yè)?！?br>
