“互聯網+”在湖北林業建設中的前景與展望

摘要：“互聯網+”是信息化最新發展形式，將有力助推林業信息化建設。本文從十個方面闡述了互聯網+在湖北林業建設中的應用前景，指出互聯網+是湖北林業建設和生態文明建設的必然選擇，湖北應借助“互聯網+”順勢而為，全面推進“互聯網+”湖北林業建設，為引領湖北林業現代化做出更大貢獻。

Abstract： “Internet +” is the latest development forms of Informatization， it will greatly boost forestry information construction. This paper describes the ten aspects of Internet + application in Hubei forestry construction， and points out that Internet+ is the inevitable choice of Hubei forestry development and ecological civilization construction， Hubei should draw the “Internet +” flow， comprehensively promote the “Internet +” forestry construction， to lead the modernization of Hubei forestry and make greater contributions.

湖北是林業大省，林業建設在全省的“生態立省、產業強省、文化興省”戰略中發揮著關鍵的戰略支撐和引領作用。2014年4月，習近平總書記在參加首都義務植樹活動時特別強調：林業建設是事關經濟社會可持續發展的根本性問題，明確了林業在生態文明建設中的主體地位[1]。國務院印發的《關于積極推進“互聯網+”行動的指導意見》，確定了創業創新、協同制造、現代農業、智慧能源、普惠金融、益民服務、高效物流、電子商務、便捷交通、綠色生態、人工智能等11個“互聯網+”發展領域，其中現代農業、益民服務、綠色生態等3個領域涉及到林業，基本上涵蓋了林業的主體業務[2]。

習近平總書記明確指出：沒有信息化就沒有現代化，以林業信息化推進林業現代化，既是堅持綠色發展、建設生態文明的迫切需要，又是提高國有林管理現代化水平、實現林業轉型升級的重要保障。 “互聯網+”為林業發展提供了千載難逢的發展機遇，“互聯網+”是信息化的最新發展形式，將有力助推林業信息化建設。……
