老年冠狀動脈粥樣硬化患者應用規范化二級預防遠近期治療效果

[摘要] 目的 探討老年冠狀動脈粥樣硬化患者應用規范化二級預防的遠近期治療效果。方法 隨機選取該院在2015年6月—2016年9月期間收治的110例老年冠狀動脈粥樣硬化患者，隨機分為觀察組和對照組，每組55例。對照組給予常規性藥物治療，觀察組在對照組的基礎上給予規范性二級預防， 觀察兩組患者的血脂相關性指標：血清甘油三酯（TG）、血清總膽固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C），觀察兩組患者的生存質量評分及其遠期治療效果。 結果 經過4周的治療后，觀察組患者治療后的TG和 TC水平分別為（1.6±0.3）mmol/L和（2.9±0.6）mmol/L，明顯低于對照組（2.4±0.8）mmol/L和（3.8±0.7）mmol/L， 差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；觀察組患者的遠期治療總有效率達到94.55%，明顯高于對照組76.36%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；遠期SAQ評分比較，觀察組患者分值（86.7±9.1）分，明顯高于對照組（71.4±8.3）分，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 規范化二級預防對老年冠狀動脈粥樣硬化患者具有良好的遠近期治療效果，可有效提高患者的生活質量。

[Abstract] Objective To study the long-term and short-term treatment effect of standardized secondary prevention of senile patients with atherosclerosis of coronary artery.
