[摘要] 實現我國制藥行業跨越式發展,迫切需要培養大量新藥創制人才。藥物化學是新藥研發的源頭學科,藥物化學課程教學是培養新藥創制人才的基本形式。本文針對目前高校藥物化學教學中存在的弊端,通過拓展課外專題性教學、創新雙軌教學模式和建立二維教學評價體系,系統闡述了新形勢下,激發學科興趣,傳授新藥設計技巧,培養新藥創制思維的新策略。并對教學實踐效果與需要注意的問題進行了初步分析。

[Abstract] The fast-growing pharmaceutical industry of China calls for the cultivation of many qualified drug discovery talents urgently. The research of medicinal chemistry is the major driving force of drug discovery. Therefore, the corresponding course teaching represents main approach for the cultivation of drug discovery talents. Herein, three strategies against the problems in present college medicinal chemistry course teaching were demonstrated, including topic-based teaching extension, comprehensive teaching methods innovation and two-dimensional teaching evaluation. These strategies were initially proved efficient in motivating the students to learn more practical drug design skills and in developing the innovative thinking ability for drug discovery. Furthermore, the initial teaching practice outcome was evaluated and some constructive suggestions were thus presented accordingly.

隨著制藥行業由仿制藥為主向創新藥物為主、由生產主導型向研發主導型轉變以及國家重大新藥創制計劃的穩步推進,我國正逐步向制藥強國邁進。在該背景下,培養大量具有新藥創制思維,掌握新藥研發技巧,對新藥研發事業充滿熱情的專業人才迫在眉睫[1-7]。高等院校藥學院,尤其是研究型大學藥學院,是培養新藥創制人才的主力軍,課程教學是實現培養目標的基本形式。因此,在當前形勢下,客觀上需要高校藥學和其他相關學科在課程教學上通力合作,相互協調,確立以培養新藥創制人才為導向的教學目標。
藥物化學,屬于新藥創制的源頭學科,藥物化學研究則是新藥研發過程中最為關鍵的環節,因此,藥物化學課程教學在培養新藥創制人才方面扮演著重要角色[8-11]。……
