[摘要] 人才是一所醫院的核心資源,青年人才的培養是實施“科教興院、人才強院”戰略和實現醫院可持續發展的關鍵。本文分析了醫院青年人才可持續發展中存在的問題,調查了安徽省某三甲專科醫院2012~2017年青年人才培養情況,包括探索并制訂青年人才發展規劃,完善人才制度,分批次陸續引進大量中青年技術骨干,在院內甄選首批青年人才等。通過對青年人才的開發與管理,完善了專科醫院人力資源管理、學科建設與亞專科建設,使醫院職工的積極性和整體素質明顯提高,青年人才隊伍不斷優化壯大,醫院綜合實力穩步提高。

[Abstract] The talent is the core source of a hospital. Cultivation of young talent is the key to implement the strategy of developing the hospital by science, education and talents, and achieve the sustainable development of hospital. This article analyzes the existing problems from the sustainable development of young talents. From 2012 to 2017, this article has investigated the training situation of young talents in a third-grade class-A special special hospital in Anhui Province, including explore and formulate the developing plan of young talents, improve the talent system, introduce a lot of young and middle-aged technical backbones in batch, and selecte the first batch of young and middle-aged talents in hospital. After management, the human resource management, disciplinary development and subspeciality of special hospital have been improved, the activity and whole quality of hospital staffs has been enhanced clearly, the group of young talents has been further optimized and strengthened, and the comprehensive strength of hospital improved.

青年人才是醫院可持續發展的主力軍,培養和造就一批杰出的青年人才是提高三甲專科醫院診療質量和技術水平的關鍵所在。自2012年起,筆者所在的安徽省腫瘤醫院(以下簡稱“我院”)實施中青年人才選拔和培養計劃,制訂青年人才培養方案,取得了良好的效果。2004年我院正式掛牌成為安徽省三甲專科醫院,隸屬于安徽省某醫院集團,又稱為省立醫院集團西區[1-2],由此完成了從社會型醫院向教學型、研究型醫院邁進的歷史性跨越。2017年4月,安徽省率先啟動了城市公立醫院改革綜合試點。新醫改政策當前正如火如荼的進行,而深入分析醫院青年人才隊伍建設中的問題,拓寬青年成才渠道,以及如何建立和培養優秀青年人才,促進專科醫院快速發展,是醫院管理者所面臨的時代難題。……
