一、教材分析:
本課選自初中英語新人教版九年級(2014)新改版。談論的話題是有關“發明”的話題。要掌握的結構是被動語態。
二、本課時的教學內容是聽力與口語相結合,重難點是詞匯和短語教學。
三、三維目標:
1.知識和技能目標:
1)談論重要發明的發明時間,發明者和用途。
2)了解薯條、茶和籃球的發明歷史。
2.過程與方法目標:
1)能運用所學知識練習被動語態的句式。
2)能用所學句型進行交際練習。
3.情感、態度和價值觀目標:充滿想象力,善于觀察事物,面對難題,用積極的態度解決,發揮創造能力,認識世界,改變世界。
三、教學重點:單詞,短語和句型。
四、教學難點:運用被動語態談論重要發明的時間、發明者和用途。
五、教學策略:通過談論重要發明的練習,充分掌握被動語態的用法.

七、教學環節:
Step 1 leading-in
Tell thestudents something about Tomas Edison and his inventions.
Get thestudents to brainstorm some other inventions and their inventions.
(設計說明:本環節以發明家愛迪生為切入點,引入本課的話題和重點句型,讓學生通過聽,說,看的形式,在教師的提示下自我發現并關注目標語言的形式和用法,同時呈現文中的部分生詞和短語,為學生閱讀掃除障礙。)
Step 2 listening
1.Getthe students to guess when the inventions in the pictures were invented and askthem to read the dates individually to make sure they can make it .
2. Playthe tape for the first time and get the students to match the dates with theinventions and then check the answers.
3. Playthe tape for the second time and ask the students to read after the recordingso as to be familiar with the new sentence structures .
(設計說明:先引導學生通過猜測的方式來談論聽力材料中出現的日期,再通過檢測學生對年份的讀法掃除聽力過程中可能出現的障礙。)

本課主要話題是談論重要發明的發明時間、發明者及用途。主要練習被動語態的句式用法。難度較大,但是學生們對發明話題很感興趣,所以學習積極性很高。
