老年創傷性骨折的特點與臨床治療探討

[摘要] 目的 探討老年創傷性骨折的特點以及不同治療方式的治療效果。方法 2016年8月—2018年8月期間該院共收治創傷性骨折患者634例，方便選擇120例臨床資料完善的老年患者作為研究對象，結合患者的臨床資料，分析患者的實際病情特點、合并癥、護理方案、治療方案、骨折類型、手術方案、恢復狀況等各項內容，展開老年創傷性骨折特點及治療效果分析。結果 治療效果，保守治療42例，35.00%，治療有效36例，有效率85.71%;手術治療78例，65.00%，治療有效74例，94.87%;總有效110例，有效率91.67%;死亡2例，死亡率1.67%，有效率對比，保守治療與手術治療差異有統計學意義（χ2=5.177，P=0.011）。并發癥狀況，120例患者中，31例患者發生并發癥，并發癥發生率為25.83%。愈合及預后狀況，骨折愈合時間56～120 d，（72.34±5.67）d，痊愈時間6～15個月，平均（8.64±0.37）個月;術后功能評定，優良88例，73.33%。 結論 老年患者體質、骨質特殊，合并疾病較多，在治療過程中必須對患者進行綜合評估，制定最適宜、安全的治療方案，并且嚴密監測，保障患者的生命健康，促進患者預后和恢復。

Characteristics and Clinical Treatment of Senile Traumatic Fracture

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the characteristics of traumatic fractures in the elderly and the therapeutic effects of different treatments. Methods From August 2016 to August 2018， 634 patients with traumatic fractures were treated in our hospital. convenient 120 elderly patients with complete clinical data were selected as the research object. The clinical characteristics of the patients were collected to analyze the actual characteristics of the patients and the comorbidities， nursing program， treatment plan， fracture type， surgical plan， recovery status and other content， the characteristics of elderly traumatic fractures and treatment effects analysis. Results The therapeutic effect was 42 cases of conservative treatment， 35.00%， 36 cases were effective， the effective rate was 85.71%; 78 cases were treated by surgery， 65.00%， 74 cases were effective， 94.87%; total effective 110 cases， effective rate 91.67%; death 2 cases， the mortality rate was 1.67%， and the effective rate was statistically different between conservative treatment and surgical treatment （χ2=5.177， P=0.011）. Complications， of the 120 patients， 31 patients had complications， and the complication rate was 25.83%. Healing and prognosis， fracture healing time 56～120 d，（72.34±5.67） d， recovery time 6 to 15 months， mean （8.64±0.37） months; postoperative functional evaluation， excellent 88 cases， 73.33%. Conclusion The elderly patients have special constitution and bone quality， and there are many combined diseases. In the course of treatment， patients should be comprehensively evaluated， and the most appropriate and safe treatment plan should be developed， and closely monitored to ensure the patient's life and health and promote the prognosis and recovery of patients.

隨著經濟的快速發展，人口老齡化已經是中國不得不面對的問題[1]。當前我國人口老齡化問題不斷加劇，醫療領域對老年患者疾病的研究也不斷增多，為保障老年群體的身體健康，針對各類疾病的特點及治療效果展開研究，能夠深入認知疾病，為臨床治療提供更多的理論依據[2]。老年人機體免疫力、骨質等隨著年齡的增加逐漸衰退，創傷性骨折的發生機率也越來越高，因此展開對老年創傷性骨折的特點及臨床治療研究十分必要[3]?！?br>
