[摘要] 目的 探討PBL教學模式在婦產科護理帶教中的應用效果。方法 研究對象共選擇2018年1—10月期間在該院婦產科進行護理實習的護生64名,以隨機原則分成兩組,包括觀察組(n=32)和對照組(n=32)。對照組護生在進入婦產科實習的過程中,全程實施傳統護理帶教,觀察組護生則運用PBL教學法進行護理帶教。結果 護生實習結束后的理論考試成績、操作考試成績和綜合考試成績相比,觀察組均要明顯高于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。護生實習結束后對婦產科臨床護理帶教評價的滿意度相比,觀察組(93.75%)要明顯高于對照組(81.25%),差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 PBL教學法能夠顯著提高婦產科臨床護理帶教質量,從而顯著提高護生的各項學習成績,并獲得了護生更高的認可度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching mode in nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 64 nursing students who underwent nursing internships in the hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department during January-October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, including the observation group(n=32) and the control group(n=32). In the process of entering the obstetrics and gynecology internship group, the nursing students in the control group implemented the traditional nursing teaching, and the nursing students in the observation group used the PBL teaching method for nursing teaching. Results The theoretical test scores, operational test scores and comprehensive test scores of the nursing students after the internship were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the completion of the nursing student's internship, the satisfaction with the evaluation of clinical nursing instruction in obstetrics and gynecology was significantly higher in the observation group (93.75%) than in the control group(81.25%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method can significantly improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology, thereby significantly improving the various academic performances of nursing students and gaining higher recognition of nursing students.

護理帶教是護理教學過程中的一個重要的教學環節,是促使學生將所學理論知識轉化為實踐能力的一個重要過程[1]。對于婦產科護理教學來說也不例外,因此,如何積極地提高婦產科護理帶教質量是每一位臨床帶教者一直以來都在不斷積極探索的一個問題[2]。為了提高婦產科室護理帶教質量,不斷總結經驗,吸納新的教學理念的基礎上,2018年1—10月間將PBL教學模式應用到護生護理帶教中,獲得了良好的實踐效果[3]。現報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
研究對象共選擇在該院婦產科進行護理實習的護生64名,以隨機原則分成兩組,包括觀察組(n=32)和對照組(n=32)。觀察組32名護生,均為女性;年齡在20~24歲,平均年齡為(21.2±1.2)歲。對照組32名護生,均為女性,年齡在19~23歲,平均年齡為(20.5±1.0)歲。兩組護生的基本社會學資料、學校學習成績等情況均相當,組間差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),符合對照試驗要求。……p>
