[摘要] 目的 研究量化分級模式在呼吸內(nèi)科護(hù)理工作中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 回顧性整理該院中2016年6月—2017年12月間呼吸內(nèi)科收治的患者臨床數(shù)據(jù),隨機(jī)挑選出100例患者進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),選擇2016年6月—2017年4月間的50例患者作為對照組,2017年5—12月的50例患者作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,從2017年5月開始實(shí)施量化分級模式,對兩組患者對護(hù)理人員的護(hù)理質(zhì)量評分進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果 該次研究成果顯示,對照組患者的護(hù)理質(zhì)量評分低于實(shí)驗(yàn)組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組護(hù)理人員在與患者溝通時(shí),其服務(wù)態(tài)度優(yōu)于對照組,并且在執(zhí)行各項(xiàng)護(hù)理操作流程時(shí),流程評分較對照組同時(shí)也更高,各數(shù)據(jù)對比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在呼吸內(nèi)科的日常護(hù)理中應(yīng)用量化分級模式,有助于減少護(hù)理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件發(fā)生率,護(hù)理質(zhì)量也能得到提升,改善護(hù)患之間的關(guān)系,具有良好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of quantified grading mode in nursing work of respiratory medicine. Methods The clinical data of patients admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine from June 2016 to December 2017 in the hospital were retrospectively reviewed. 100 patients were randomly selected for experiments, and 50 patients between June 2016 and April 2017 were selected as a control group, 50 patients from May to December 2017 were used as the experimental group. From May 2017, a quantitative grading model was implemented compare the qulaity of eare scores of the nursing staff between the two groups of patients. Results The results of this study show that the quality of care of patients in the control group is lower than that of the experimental group. The nursing staff of the experimental group has a better service attitude than the control group when communicating with the patients. It is also higher than the control group at the same time, and the difference of each data was statistically significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the quantitative grading model in the daily nursing of respiratory medicine can help reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, improve the quality of nursing, and improve the relationship between nurses and patients. It has good application value.

護(hù)理人員在現(xiàn)代護(hù)理工作中起到的主要作用是,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)整個(gè)護(hù)理小組進(jìn)行醫(yī)療護(hù)理工作,而護(hù)理人員的工作質(zhì)量也會(huì)直接影響醫(yī)療護(hù)理質(zhì)量[1]。對于大多數(shù)醫(yī)院來說,護(hù)理人員的選拔以及管理是醫(yī)院管理工作中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容[2]。就目前來說,現(xiàn)代化的醫(yī)療護(hù)理人員選拔和任用時(shí)其往往憑借經(jīng)驗(yàn)和印象評價(jià)等方式進(jìn)行選拔,具有較大的主觀性和隨機(jī)性。但由于護(hù)理人員工作內(nèi)容較多,其涉及到的方面較廣,其中涉及到的大部分工作都無法通過精確定量的方式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化評價(jià),這也對護(hù)理人員的選拔以及后續(xù)管理工作的開展造成了一定的影響。而量化考評能夠有助于護(hù)理人員明確自身的職責(zé)范圍,一方面能夠進(jìn)行自我控制,另一方面也能夠輔助護(hù)理人員對管理工作的效果進(jìn)行了解?!?br>
