綜合性護理在糖尿病足護理中的運用

[摘要] 目的 分析探討綜合性護理在糖尿病足護理中的效果。方法 選在2016年8月—2018年10月時間范圍內，到該院周圍血管科診斷治療的糖尿病足者89例，按就診順序分組，常規護理服務是對照組的護理方式，綜合性護理干預為研究組護理模式，將兩組的血糖水平改善情況作比較。 結果 干預前兩組的空腹血糖（FPC）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPBG）水平相比差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）;經臨床護理，研究組的FPC與2 hPBG值下降更明顯，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 在糖尿病足護理工作中運用綜合性護理干預，可幫助病患進行很好的血糖水平控制，有一定治療輔助作用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods From August 2016 to October 2018， 89 patients with diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed and treated by vascular department around our hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The routine nursing service was the nursing mode of the control group， comprehensive nursing intervention as the study group care model， the improvement in blood glucose levels was compared between the two groups. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose （FPC） and postprandial 2h blood glucose （2hPBG） were not significant （P<0.05）. After clinical care， the FPC and 2hPBG values of the study group decreased significantly （P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic foot can help patients to control blood glucose levels and have a certain therapeutic auxiliary effect.

糖尿病足是糖尿病疾病一種常見并發癥，常以皮膚干燥、足部疼痛、肌肉萎縮、感覺減退、間歇性跛行等為較典型的癥狀表現，若任其發展可能會誘發骨髓炎、潰瘍、Charcot關節病、感染等嚴重并發癥，威脅著患者的身體健康[1]。對糖尿病足者合理護理措施運用十分重要，而綜合性護理干預更具有科學性、合理性，護理范圍更加全面且有針對性，所以該文2016年8月—2018年10月期間段選取45例糖尿病足者后，用綜合性護理方法開展護理干預措施，探究護理應用價值。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

研究對象：該院內分泌科確診后對癥治療的89例糖尿病足患者，分組方式：根據患者入院就診時間前后順序分組，分成對照組、研究組兩組。對照組：共44例患者，男女例數分別有23例、21例，年齡51～78歲，平均（64.53±4.58）歲;研究組：有患者45例，男性患者24例、女性20例，年齡52～79歲，平均（65.52±4.56）歲。兩組信息資料作對比，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。

1.2? 護理方法

對照組：該組患者給予常規方式護理干預。護理……
