摘? 要 目的:探究泰安高校某院系學生的心理健康狀況及影響因素,為心理健康教育模式構建及醫教協同路徑選擇提供參考。方法:運用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)和自編問卷,采用分層整群抽樣,對泰安高校某院系本、專科共580名學生進行問卷調查,運用t檢驗、logistic回歸進行統計學分析。結果:SCL-90總分97~281分;心理問題陽性檢出率13.16%。該院系學生SCL-90各因子分均低于全國大學生常模,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。心理問題排在前三位的依次為焦慮、人際關系敏感、抑郁。Logistic回歸分析顯示,性別、年級、貧困、社團活動、獨生子女、幼年不幸、近期應激事件影響學生心理健康。結論:應針對影響因素,開展心理健康教育,提升學生心理健康水平。

Investigation on Mental Health Status of Students in Univer-sities and Research on Synergistic Countermeasures of Medical Education//MA Chen
Abstract Objective: Explore the mental health status and influen-cing factors of students in a department of Taian university, and pro-vide a reference for the construction of the mental health education model and the selection of the coordination of medical education path. Method: By using the self-rating scale (SCL-90) and self-designed questionnaire, the stratified cluster sampling are used to conduct a questionnaire on 580 students in a department of the uni-versity of Taian university, the statistical analysis are carried out by using t-test and logistic regression. Result: The total score of SCL-90 was 97-281, and the positive rate of psychological problems is 13.16%. The scores of SCL-90 in this college are lower than those in the national norm, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The psychological problems of the students in the first three?places are: anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, and depression. Logis-tic regression analysis shows that gender, grade, poverty, community activities, only child, childhood misfortune, recent stress events affecting students mental health. Conclusion: According to the in-fluencing factors, mental health education should be carried out to improve the mental health level of students.

1 前言
心理健康是評定大學生綜合素質的重要指標。黨和政府歷來重視高校心理健康教育。2011年,教育部印發《普通高等學校學生心理健康教育工作基本建設標準(試行)》,指出各高校必須將心理健康教育作為公共必修課開設[1]。2016年,習近平總書記在全國高校思政工作會議上強調,要加強心理疏導,引導學生培養理性平和的健康心態[2]。大學生自我定位高,心理發展尚未成熟,是發生心理障礙的高危人群[3]。部分學生出現心理問題難以甄別,又不愿意主動求助,其心理健康危機意識、自助意識較為淡薄。因此,充分挖掘醫療、教育優勢資源,醫教協同,對于提升高校心理健康教育工作水平意義深遠。為此,本研究運用癥狀自評量表探究泰安高校某院系學生心理健康的影響因素,有針對性地探究院系層面醫教協同的路徑選擇,進而全面提升學生心理健康水平及生活效能。
