摘? 要 培養復合式、應用型、國際化的國際貿易人才需遵循國際貿易的跨學科屬性、專業開放性及實踐導向性,以構建結構合理、創新能力強、綜合素質高的教學團隊建設作為基礎和保障。通過提升教學團隊技術水平、優化團隊教學方式、加強制度建設、提升教學改革水平等促進教學團隊的優化,構建具有產學研合作特點的高質量本科教學團隊。

Abstract The cultivation of compound, application-oriented and internationalized international trade talents need to follow the inter-disciplinary attributes of international trade, professional openness and practical orientation, and take the construction of a teaching team?with reasonable structure, strong innovation ability and high com-prehensive quality as the basis and guarantee. To promote the optimi-zation of the teaching team by improving the technical level of the?teaching team, optimizing the teaching method of the team, streng-thening the system construction, improving the level of team tea-ching reform and so on, and to build a high-quality undergraduate teaching team with characteristics of industry-university-research cooperation.

1 前言
習近平總書記在黨的十九大報告中提出“要同舟共濟,促進貿易和投資自由化便利化,推動經濟全球化朝著更加開放、包容、普惠、平衡、共贏的方向發展”,“推動形成全面開放新格局”,“發展更高層次的開放型經濟”[1]。習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想開啟了中國特色社會主義經濟建設和發展的新時代,進一步指明了對外開放的方向和目標。
在新時代背景下,國際貿易人才培養模式面臨全新的挑戰,提高國際貿易專業學生的動手能力、就業能力、持續的職業成長能力等方面的實踐能力至關重要。而學生能力的提高和未來可持續發展的潛力的獲得,離不開教師和教學團隊的貢獻。南京審計大學國際貿易專業CDIO教學團隊致力于借鑒國際上先進的CDIO教學理念,從實踐教學課程體系、實踐教學平臺以及實踐教學師資隊伍培養等方面構建綜合的、立體化的實踐教學體系,從而培養復合式、應用型、國際化的高素質國際貿易人才。……
