[摘要] 目的 研究優質護理管理模式應用于內科護理管理當中的價值。方法 通過雙盲法分組標準將該院內科選取的100名護理人員分為對照組和實驗組,選取時間為2016年1月—2018年12月。對照組采用常規管理方式,實驗組給予優質護理管理模式,兩組人數均等。比較兩組的管理效果。結果 實驗組優質護理管理各項評分均優于對照組,護理滿意度評分均高于對照組,組間比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 內科護理管理中實施優質護理管理模式能夠提升護理人員的認知水平,改善護理質量。

[Abstract] Objective To study the value of high-quality nursing management model applied in internal medicine nursing management. Methods 100 cases of nursing staff selected by the hospital's internal medicine from Janury 2016 to December 2018 were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the double-blind grouping standard. The control group adopted the conventional management method, and the experimental group was given the high-quality nursing management mode, with equal numbers in both groups. Compare the management effects of the two groups. Results The scores of quality nursing management in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing management mode in internal medicine nursing management can improve the cognition level of nursing staff and improve the quality of nursing, which should be promoted.

內科是臨床當中至關重要的科室,涉及到的病種比較多樣,范圍十分廣泛。由于患者人群年齡差異明顯,因此客觀對護理的要求比較高[1]。護理人員要對內科疾病的護理進行掌握,優質護理是一種以責任制整體護理為主的模式,注重以患者為一切工作的重心,對基礎護理進行強化,提升患者的舒適程度,促進患者康復和健康[2]。現探析2016年1月—2018年12月該院100名內科護理人員進行優質護理管理模式的效果,報道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
100名內科護理人員均選自于該院,均分成兩組,對照組男性8名,女性42名;年齡20~40歲,平均(31.1±3.6)歲;學歷水平:中專10名,大專18名,本科22名。實驗組男女之比為7:43,年齡21~41歲,平均(31.6±3.4)歲;學歷水平:中專8名,大專19名,本科23名。兩組一般資料比較后差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),符合要求。
1.2 ?方法
對照組采用傳統的護理管理方式,實驗組給予優質護理管理模式:①對不同層次的護理人員實施責任認定,這對護理工作管理十分有利;②流程包括檢測患者生命體征、疾病知識健康教育、患者入院流程。……p>
