醫院經濟運行精細化管理的有效對策分析

[摘要] 作為醫療保健的重點單位，醫院對于關乎民生問題具有重要的作用，因此需要具有良好的經濟運行方案，以確保能夠良好的發展。隨著醫療改革的不斷深入，對醫院的財務管理提出更高的要求，因此為適應發展的趨勢，醫院財務部門的相關管理人員需要制定出更加完善的經濟運行方案，從而提升醫院的經濟效益與運行效率。該文論述醫院財務精細化管理的必要性分析、公立醫院財務精細化管理存在的難點、醫院財務管理風險控制中存在的問題、提升公立醫院財務精細化管理的對策等內容。

[Abstract] As a key unit of medical care， hospitals play an important role in people's livelihood issues， so they need to have a good economic operation plan to ensure good development. With the continuous deepening of medical reform， higher requirements have been placed on the financial management of hospitals. Therefore， in order to adapt to the development trend， the relevant management personnel of the hospital's financial department need to formulate a more comprehensive economic operation plan， so as to improve the economic efficiency and operation efficiency. This article will discuss the necessity analysis of hospital financial fine management， the difficulties of public hospital fine financial management， the problems in hospital financial management risk control， and countermeasures to improve public hospital fine financial management.

伴隨著市場經濟的不斷發展，導致常規的事業單位經濟管理體制不斷出現問題與矛盾，特別是對醫院系統而言，設備采購不合理與預算不合規等常規問題將會對醫院的正常經濟運行產生較大的不良阻礙，進而對醫院的長遠發展產生較大的不良影響[1]。隨著醫療改革的不斷深入，醫院的經濟運行模式與現狀受到更多的關注，并且政府相關部門加強了對醫院經濟運行模式整改的要求，因此相關的管理人員需要對常規的經濟運行管理模式進行不斷的改變與完善，從而提升醫院的經濟效益與運行效率[2]。在目前現有的經濟條件下，諸多醫院開始采用精細化管理模式，此種模式不僅對現有的運行模式情況進行有效的明確，同時也為日后的經濟運行方式提供了較為完善的整改方式，從而能夠有效提升醫院的利益，使其經濟發展更加平穩[3]。……
