手術室圍手術期護理在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宮產中的應用

[摘要] 目的 探討手術室圍手術期護理在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宮產中的應用價值。方法 選取2017年6月—2019年5月在該院接受剖宮產的妊娠期糖尿病患者共65例分為兩組，基礎組實施基礎護理，研究組實施手術室圍手術期護理，比較兩組的應用價值。結果 研究組的空腹血糖值（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖值（2 hPG）均顯著低于基礎組（t=5.187、6.064，P=0.000、0.000），且并發癥發生率顯著低于基礎組（χ2=4.178，P=0.041），護理滿意度顯著高于基礎組（χ2=4.396，P=0.036）。結論 手術室圍手術期護理在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宮產中的效果肯定。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of perioperative nursing in operating room in cesarean section of gestational diabetes patients. Methods A total of 65 patients with gestational diabetes who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were divided into two groups. The basic group received basic nursing care， and the research group received perioperative nursing care in the operating room. Application value of the two groups were compared. Results Fasting blood glucose（FPG） and 2 h postprandial blood glucose（2 hPG） in the study group were significantly lower than those in the basic group（t=5.187， 6.064， P=0.000，0.000）， and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the basic group（χ2=4.178， P=0.041）， nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the basic group（χ2=4.396，P=0.036）. Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing in the operating room on cesarean section in gestational diabetic patients is certain.

妊娠期糖尿病指的是在妊娠期間首次發生或者是發現的糖尿病類型，患者常會出現多尿以及多飲多食等癥狀。近年來，隨著人們生活水平的提高，我國妊娠期糖尿病的發生率明顯上升。此病極易導致患者出現妊高癥、羊水過多、繼發性感染、酮癥酸中毒，甚至是自然流產等嚴重并發癥，同時還可能造成胎兒低血糖、高膽紅素血癥、低血鈣以及畸形等不良情況，給母嬰的生命健康造成了嚴重的威脅[1]。由于血糖異常，妊娠期糖尿病患者在接受剖宮產手術時的風險更高，且極易出現術后切口愈合不良、感染等情況，另外，手術創傷還可能導致患者糖代謝紊亂的加重[2]。因此在剖宮產的圍手術期對患者實施全方位的手術室護理措施是十分必要的，不僅有利于患者的血糖控制，同時對妊娠結局也有著積極的影響。該文選取2017年6月—2019年5月在該院接受剖宮產的65例妊娠期糖尿病患者進行對照研究，旨在進一步探討手術室圍手術期護理在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宮產中的應用價值，現報道如下。……
