專任教師視角下線上協同研修共同體的實踐研究

摘 要

教師專業發展一直以來都是教育界的熱點問題，隨著信息技術的不斷進步，研修方式也是千變萬化，從原來的校本研修轉型為網絡研修，網絡研修不僅順應時代，更利于教師和學生的全面發展，筆者主要針對線上協同研修共同體，做出了文獻綜述，并通過實踐、調查、分析和總結為該研修模式的發展提出了自己的建議，希望對后續研究者有所幫助。

Abstract

Teacher professional development has always been a hot issue of education， along with the advance of information technology， the research way is also， from the original school-based research transformation for the network training， network training not only adapt to changing times， more conducive to the all-round development of teachers and students， the author focuses on online collaborative research community， made a literature review， and through the practice， investigation， analysis and summary to the development of the training mode put forward its own Suggestions， hope to be helpful to the further research.

1 研究背景與意義

隨著教育信息化發展不斷深入，在線學習已處于爆發時期，學生和教師的大部分活動都可以在網絡環境下完成。對于教師來說，如何才能高質量完成教學任務？如何進行高效繼續教育來提高教師專業能力？實踐研究表明，線上協同研修就能很好地解決此類問題。

本文分析了教師網絡協同研修發展的優勢、劣勢、機遇與挑戰，進而為教育管理者和一線教師提供一些提高研修活動質量和效率的建議和策略，也為有相同需求的教師群體提供部分借鑒和參考，從而推動研修共同體的進一步發展。

2 網絡協同研修的研究概述

網絡研修是教師專業能力發展的必經之路，也是教師實現繼續教育的一種新思路。網絡研修是一種以網絡為基礎開展教研工作的方式，它借助網絡，不受時空和人員限制，為廣大一線教師提供了內容豐富、理念新穎、技術先進、實用便捷的優秀課程資源，創建教師與教師、教師與專業人員及時交流、平等探討的活動平臺和環境，促進課程改革實驗的決策者、設計者、研究者與實施者的多元對話?！?br>
