【摘 要】目的:本研究通過PBL-CBL融合教學法與傳統的教學方法的比較,為內分泌科實習護士臨床教學提供新的方法。方法:2018年02月~2019年04月來內分泌科實習護士86人,分別采用傳統教學法,及PBL-CBL融合教學法進行教學,每項教學結束后進行理論及操作考核,再對兩組成員進行問卷調查評分。對兩組的理論成績、操作成績及主觀指標進行比較。結果:從考試成績看,PBL-CBL教學法比傳統教學法能顯著(p值<0.05)提高理論成績和操作成績;從學員評分看,PBL-CBL教學法評分較傳統教學法得分高p值<0.05),說明學員認為PBL-CBL教學法效果比傳統教學法方法更好。結論:PBL-CBL融合教學法較傳統教學法更易獲得內分泌科實習護士認可,激發同學的學習熱情,從而提高內分科實習帶教的質量。

【Abstract】Objective: This study provides a new method for clinical teaching of endocrinology intern nurses by comparing PBL-CBL fusion teaching method with traditional teaching methods. Method: The traditional control method and the PBL-CBL fusion teaching method were adopted to the6 intern nurses from the endocrinology department. After the end of the teaching, the theoretical and operational assessments were conducted, and the two groups of members were scored by questionnaire. The theoretical scores, operational scores and subjective indicators of the two groups were compared. Result: The theoretical scores and operational scores of PBL-CBL fusion teaching method were both higher than the traditional teaching method (p value <0.05), indicating that the PBL-CBL fusion teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method. Conclusion: The PBL-CBL fusion teaching method is easier to obtain the endocrinology internship nurse recognition than the traditional teaching method, and stimulates the students enthusiasm for learning, thus improving the quality of the internship teaching.

護理臨床實習是護生學習生涯的重要組成部分。護生在臨床實習過程中將理論知識聯系實際情況、護理技能得以提升和培養護理專業態度形成,也是護生樹立人生理念、轉換護生到護士角色、養成優良職業道德、獲得全面發展的重要階段[1]。傳統授課模式的教學法[2]( lecture based learning, LBL)學生往往是被動獲取知識,內分泌科護理帶教過程中,發現傳統教學方法已不能滿足實習護生的學習需求。近年來,以案例為導向的學習法獲得醫學教育的推崇。本課題組融合了兩種教學方法,案例教學法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)和以問題為導向教學法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL),以提高護生的學習主動性、積極性及創新性[3],實習護士更好的掌握內分泌科的專科知識和專科操作,化被動學習為主動學習過程。從而提高內分泌科教學質量,為內分泌科護理教學向多元教學提供依據。現將研究結果報道如下:
