二甲雙胍聯合炔雌醇環丙孕酮治療多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥的效果

【摘要】 目的：探討多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥采用二甲雙胍聯合炔雌醇環丙孕酮治療的效果。方法：選取2014年10月-2018年5月筆者所在醫院收治的88例多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥患者，采用隨機奇偶數分配的方式將其分為對照組及觀察組，每組44例，對照組者采用炔雌醇環丙孕酮治療，觀察組聯合二甲雙胍治療，對比兩組治療前后激素水平、治療效果及不良反應發生情況。結果：治療前兩組激素水平比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05），治療后兩組FSH、T及LH水平均低于治療前，E2水平均高于治療前，且觀察組激素水平均優于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）;觀察組治療總有效率為97.73%，高于對照組的78.55%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;觀察組不良反應發生率為6.82%，對照組為4.55%，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。結論：針對多囊卵巢綜合征不孕癥患者，聯合采用二甲雙胍及炔雌醇環丙孕酮治療激素水平改善顯著，未見不良反應增多的情況，說明聯合用藥安全放心，臨床使用價值更高。

Effect of Metformin Combined with Ethylestradiol Cycloprogesterone in Treatment of Infertility with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome/TAN Yanmei， XIONG Yaping. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research， 2020， 18（16）： -132

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Metformin combined with Ethylestradiol Cyclopropanone in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） infertile patients. Method： From October 2014 to May 2018， 88 infertile patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome were selected， and were randomly divided into the control group （n=44） and the observation group （n=44）. The control group was treated with Ethylestradiol Cycloprogesterone， and the observation group was combined with Metformin. The hormone levels， treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result： There was no statistically significant difference in hormone levels between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment， the FSH， T and LH levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment， the E2 levels were higher than those before treatment， and the hormone levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%， higher than 78.55% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.82% in the observation group and 4.55% in the control group， there was no statistically significant difference （P>0.05）. Conclusion： For infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome， the combination of Metformin and Ethinylestradiol Cycloprogesterone showed significant improvement in hormone levels and no increase in adverse reactions， indicating that the combination was safe and of higher clinical value.
