[摘要] 目的 分析程序化管理模式在外科臨床護理帶教工作中的應用效果。方法 將該院2018年9月—2019年6月實習的96名外科護生納入至該次研究,依照數字隨機表法將其分為對照組(48名)與觀察組(48名),對照組給予傳統教學法進行臨床護理帶教,觀察組則行程序化管理模式進行帶教,比較兩組護生的考核成績,統計護生對教學模式的滿意情況。結果 對照組護生的理論成績與實際操作技能評分顯著低于觀察組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。對照組護生的實習滿意度83.33%顯著低于觀察組95.83%,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 在外科臨床帶教工作中,相較于傳統帶教模式,采用程序化管理模式進行帶教的臨床應用效果較好,可顯著提升護生的理論知識與實踐操作技能。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of the programmatic management mode in the teaching of surgical clinical nursing. Methods 96 surgical nursing students who were interned in the hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were included in this study. They were divided into the control group (48) and the observation group (48) according to the digital random table method. The control group was given traditional nursing methods for clinical nursing teaching, while the observation group was given a programmatic management model for teaching. The assessment results of the two groups of nursing students were compared, and the nursing students' satisfaction with the teaching mode was counted. Results The theoretical scores and practical skills scores of nursing students in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing students in the control group was 83.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the observation group(95.83%). The ?difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode in surgical clinical teaching, the clinical application of programmatic management mode is more effective and can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students.

到醫院進行臨床護理實習是護生學習中的重要環節,是其將護生理論知識運用到臨床實踐中,使專業理論知識轉化為實際操作能力,從而使其能夠勝任護理工作[1]。臨床帶教是檢驗護生實習質量的重要影響因素,臨床帶教模式的不同將直接影響護生的培養質量,也會影響護生工作后的專業態度與專業能力[2]。所以,科學合理的護理帶教方法對提高帶教質量與培養優秀人才具有重要的臨床意義。傳統的教學法以講授知識為主,教學形式枯燥乏味,影響了護生學習的積極性和主動性,使得護生缺乏深入思考的能力[3]。近期有學者在文獻報道中指出程序化管理模式的帶教應用效果顯著,可顯著提高護生的積極性,適用于培養臨床護理人才。基于此,該次研究針對該院2018年9月—2019年6月實習的96名護生進行分組討論,旨在為臨床研究利用此方案提高外臨床護理實習護生的教學質量提供依據,現報道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
將該院實習的96名外科護生納入至該次研究,依照數字隨機表法將其分為對照組(48名)與觀察組(48名),對照組男14名,女34名;年齡19~24歲,平均(21.02±0.34)歲;學歷:中專生11名,專科生24名,本科生13名。觀察組男15名,女33名;年齡19~24歲,平均(21.12±0.52)歲;學歷:中專生10名,專科生25名,本科生13人。兩組護生的一般資料差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),可作比較。兩組護生均由同一帶教老師負責教學。
