【摘要】今年蘇錫常鎮高三一模政治試卷，堅持立德樹人導向，以學科核心素養為考查關鍵，謀求學科內容與生活主題有機結合，蘊含豐富的中華優秀文化。本文從試題本身出發，分析了這次試卷命題的三個特點，分別是把握基礎知識、提高能力考查立意和注重情感態度價值觀的方向性引導。

【Abstract】This year's high school one-third political examination paper in Suzhou，Wuxi，Changzhou，Zhenjiang，adheres to the principle of virtue and morality，takes the core literacy of the subject as the key to the test，seeks to integrate the con‐tent of the subject with the theme of life，and contains rich Chinese excellent culture.Based on the test questions them‐selves，this article analyzes the three characteristics of the test paper proposition，which are the directional guidance of grasping basic knowledge，improving the ability to test the concept and paying attention to the values of emotional attitude.

2020年蘇錫常鎮高三一模政治試卷注重基礎知識的生成和靈活運用，創設多元情境，突出能力立意，重視情感態度價值觀的方向性引導，做到了平穩中有創新、平常中見智慧、平實中有發展，是一份大氣而厚重的試卷。

一、把握基礎知識內容，強調知識的生成過程與靈活運用

一方面，命題非常注重基礎知識。如試卷第3題考查區分各種所有制經濟，第12題考查我國的根本政治制度，各種所有制經濟和我國的根本政治制度都是書本上比較基礎的知識點。此外，試卷也對一些較為細小但重要的知識進行了深度挖掘，力求在難度、區分度基本符合選拔考試要求的基礎上變化出新的考查方向，如第5題“新能源汽車需求曲線移動圖表”：

圖1為需求曲線的移動示意圖（原有的需求曲線為D1，P為價格，Q為需求）。不考慮其他因素，下列能導致新能源汽車的需求曲線由D1向D2移動的是（）。

A.汽油價格預期下跌B.汽油價格預期上漲C.新能源汽車價格下跌D.新能源汽車價格上漲

題目考查的是新能源汽車，而選項中出現了汽油，新能源汽車和汽油汽車是互為替代品，新能源汽車需求增加，汽油汽車需求下降，汽車汽油又是互補商品，也就意味著，汽油價格上漲。……
