摘? 要:“雙一流”建設是提高我國高等教育整體水平,增強高校創新能力的重要舉措。隨著大量高端青年人才的引進,青年教師已成為高校教育改革和創新的重要力量,青年教師只有具備扎實的理論功底以及較高的素養,才能為學生的課堂注入活力,也才能培養出更多優秀的人才,進而助力一流專業、一流學科建設。文章針對目前高校青年教師科研與教學并重的特點,以“雙一流”建設、“工程認證”及“新工科”建設為背景,從科研促動教學的協同創新、基于青年教師技能大賽的講課能力提升、基于工程教育專業認證理念與標準的教學日歷編制和工會引領與助力下的青年教師綜合素質提升四個方面探尋青年教師教學能力提升的方案和策略,為高校青年教師隊伍培養和建設提供借鑒。

Abstract: The construction of "Double First-class" is an important measure to improve the overall level of China's higher education and enhance the innovation ability of colleges and universities. With the introduction of a large number of high-end talented youth, young teachers have become an important force in university education reform and innovation. Only when young teachers have a solid theoretical foundation and high quality, can they inject vitality into students' classroom and cultivate more excellent and qualified talents, so as to help build first-class majors and disciplines. In view of the characteristics of both scientific research and teaching of young teachers in colleges and universities at present, the paper takes double first-class construction, project certification and new engineering construction as the background, and explores the plans and strategies for the teaching ability improvement of young teachers from the four aspects of collaborative innovation to promote teaching from the research, teaching ability improvement based on young teachers' skills competition, teaching calendar compilation based on the engineering education professional certification concept and standard and the comprehensive quality improvement of young teachers under the guidance and help of trade union, providing reference for the training and construction of young teachers in universities and colleges.

“雙一流”建設是我國高等教育從“211”“985”工程向世界一流大學和一流學科發展的重要標志。一流大學是指基于對教育師資力量的統籌,協同當代高等人才教育發展進行長效性教育布局,充分發揮高等院校專業教育職能,著重以培養應用型、綜合型及復合型人才為主要教育方向,彌補時代化發展人才教育空缺,使現代高等人才培養得以與時代發展充分對接[1-2]。一流學科建設對專業教育要求更高,期望高等院校能將追求極致、完美,作為現代一流學科建設的核心內涵,以更強的專業素質面對專業教育培養,使國內高校教育能力能夠達到國際化水平,從而在全球一體化時代趨勢下加強專業人才輸出,適應國際化專業人才教育需求,為我國未來階段社會建設發展夯實高等人才專業教育基礎[3]。
師資力量是高校教育實施的根本,“雙一流”教育建設發展對師資隊伍,尤其是青年教師的建設提出了新的要求,首先在高等院校人才招聘上,專任教師的招聘都要求具有較高水平的博士研究生,具有豐富的科研經歷,發表過高水平論文;其次是青年教師的職稱晉升中,對科研項目,尤其是國家級的科研項目、高水平論文等都有一定的要求,這些舉措對提高學校的科研實力、促進學科建設都發揮了重要作用。另一方面,教學是高等院校人才培養的直接途徑,是教師的基本職能,隨著教育部提出“以本為本”,實現“回歸常識、回歸本分、回歸初心、回歸夢想”,推動本科教育重新回到大學辦學的核心基礎地位[4]。青年教師作為“雙一流”建設和高等教育發展的主要力量,如何以科研促教學,全方位提升青年教師的教學能力,是建設高素質的高校教師隊伍,促進高校科研創新和社會服務能力的源泉。
