摘 ?要:研究生課程設(shè)置改革屬于我國(guó)研究生教育教學(xué)改革領(lǐng)域的組成部分之一,與研究生培育質(zhì)量息息相關(guān)。農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)的辦學(xué)宗旨是進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng),涉及到森林資源、動(dòng)植物醫(yī)學(xué)、植物生產(chǎn)、水產(chǎn)、環(huán)境生態(tài)等一系列學(xué)科,在就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不斷提升以及“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時(shí)代對(duì)人才質(zhì)量提出新要求的背景下,農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)要培育出優(yōu)秀碩士研究生關(guān)鍵就是做好農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)課程體系建設(shè),促其與人才培育要求相符。而文章將人才質(zhì)量提升作為目標(biāo),就農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)課程體系建設(shè)策略提出建議。

Abstract: The reform of postgraduate courses is one of the components of the field of postgraduate education and teaching reform in my country, and is closely related to the quality of postgraduate cultivation. The mission of the agricultural university is to cultivate agricultural professional and technical personnel, concerning the disciplines of Forest Resources, Animal and Plant Medicine, Plant Production, Aquatic Products, Environmental Ecology. With the continuous improvement of employment competitiveness and the "Internet +" era in the context of the new requirements, the key for agricultural universities to cultivate outstanding graduate students is to do a good job in the construction of agricultural university curriculum system, and promote it to meet the requirements of talent cultivation. And this paper takes the improvement of talent quality as the goal and puts forward suggestions on the construction strategy of agricultural university curriculum system.

任何階段學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)均是將課程體系作為最基本的、直接的載體,而學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、應(yīng)用能力以及思維能力等只有經(jīng)過(guò)完善課程教學(xué)體系方可得到培養(yǎng),研究生也不例外。課程的合理設(shè)置是確保高素質(zhì)與高技能型人才培育的有效途徑[1],合理科學(xué)的課程體系與多元化課堂教學(xué)方法的應(yīng)用是實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培育的重要條件,和學(xué)生創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、創(chuàng)新能力以及綜合技能素養(yǎng)等的提升息息相關(guān)[2]。當(dāng)前構(gòu)成研究生課程體系的課程基本都涵蓋了4-6個(gè)種類(lèi),依次總結(jié)起來(lái)即專(zhuān)業(yè)核心課程、公共必修課程、必修環(huán)節(jié)、公共選修課程、專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程(專(zhuān)業(yè)通識(shí)課程)、專(zhuān)業(yè)選修課程等,而通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期實(shí)踐發(fā)現(xiàn)此類(lèi)課程設(shè)置與我國(guó)高校人才培育契機(jī)為研究生知識(shí)覆蓋以及技能掌握等的要求是相符的[3]。……
