Abstract：In the basic state of grand historical evolution, new ideas, new organizations, new practices, new regimes, and new institutions are basic chains. Among them, the innovation of the ideological line determines the maintenance of the closed loop of the basic state of history. In the historical development of modern China, the Communist Party of China is a typical representative of successfully promoting practical innovation by innovating guiding ideology. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, through a new century, a new starting point, and a new era, the party’s guiding ideology has been constantly innovated with the times. Hard work is the inheritance and development of emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, advancing with the times and being realistic and pragmatic. It is the innovation and improvement of the ideological line of the Communist Party of China, and it is also the essence of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. After entering a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, in the face of drastic changes unseen in a century, hard work embodies the respond of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Since the 21st century, the world’s political and economic structure has undergone drastic adjustments, we are facing unprecedented challenges. Abstract：All the following aspects are essential for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era: adhering to Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought, planning the construction of ecological civilization from the perspective of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, building a beautiful China, and realizing the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization is a scientific theory with modern characteristics of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, a theory formed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, through the organic combination of ecological civilization thoughts with a socialist nature, which embody the Chinese people’s outlook on the universe and values. The scientific connotation of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought includes the ecological view on development, ecological rule of law, ecological ethics, ecological view of nature, and ecological people’s livelihood, which contains the true meaning of fairness, people’s nature, practicality and development. Thorough implementation of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological civilization and unswerving insistence on the path of civilized development with production development, affluent life, and a good ecology are important as the practical guidance for the realization of the “Chinese Dream”, namely the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, for the modernization of national ecological governance, and for the promotion of global ecological governance and the transformation of world industrial civilization.

Abstract：The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is the essence of Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought, and the embodiment of China’s new form of human civilization and its responsibility for the world. Manifesto of the Communist Parties is the theoretical source of many human thoughts, which systematically depicts people’s yearning for beauty and pursuit of happiness. It contains the communist thought, liberal community thought, and people’s free and all-round development thought, all these have provided a theoretical basis for building a community with a shared future for mankind. At the same time, the development of the world market, the advancement of science and technology, and the independence and liberation of nations have provided realistic possibilities for the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. In the new era, Marx and Engels’ ideas of fairness and justice, democracy and freedom, openness and cooperation are also conducive to promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind, and realizing the win-win sharing of mankind.

Abstract：With the rapid development and popularization of the new generation of information technology, digital finance has gradually integrated into all fields of social production and life. At present, more than 200 countries in the world have established their own digital financial systems. In recent years, China has also gradually built its own digital financial system, and has achieved remarkable results. Based on the latest research results on the development of digital finance, this paper discusses that digital finance plays an important role in promoting high-quality economic development by optimizing the allocation of resources, mobilizing the initiative of economic innovation subjects and improving financial services to the real economy. Based on this, the article is conducive to further promoting the integration of digital finance and traditional finance to realize the sustainable development of digital finance, to strengthening the research and development of digital finance to enhance the core competitiveness and to improving the prevention and control management of digital finance risks to promote the stable development of digital finance. This paper explores the future development path of digital finance in order to provide some ideas on the issue of digital finance promoting high-quality economic development.

Abstract：The effectiveness of ideological and political courses teaching refers to the actual effects of actions and measures taken by people in the practical activities of ideological and political theory courses teaching in order to complete specific tasks for certain goals. From the macro perspective, it includes the goal, process and result, and from the micro perspective, it can be measured by acceptability, participation, satisfaction and sense of gain. Effectiveness is the starting point and destination of ideological and political theory courses teaching, which contains the feature of advancing with the times. Empirical research based on grounded theory and structural equation model shows that in the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, students’ the satisfaction and sense of gain to the ideological and political theory courses are the core elements, so called “content is king” is the fundamental compliance, teachers’ ability is the key part, and students’ acceptability and participation in it is the basic guarantee. The above four factors constitute the basic generation logic of the effectiveness and improvement of ideological and political theory courses teaching. In order to further improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses teaching under the perspective of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, it is essential for us to adhere to the basic principle of “content first”, to center on students and encourage them to take the initiative to learn, think and practice, so as to build the pattern of “big thoughts and politics” with collaborative education.
