As a famous historical and cultural city with profound heritage， Chongqing has rich cultural resources of the Red Army Long March， such as the meeting Square of the Second Front Army of the Red Army and the sixth Front Army of the Red Army in Youyang Red Army Regiment， the tomb of Red Army martyrs and Red Army bridge in Shihao， and has practical advantages and feasibility basis for the construction of the Long March national cultural park. By sorting out the existing institutional supply of the Long March national cultural park， it can be found that there are some problems of insufficient system supply in promoting the construction of the Long March national cultural park in Chongqing. To solve these problems， Chongqing can strengthen the macro level system construction from the aspects of improving the top-level system design and improving the regional cooperative construction mechanism. At the same time， the system construction at the micro level should be strengthened from the perspectives of the coordinated promotion of multiple subjects and the implementation of the concept of cultural and tourism integration， to provide a more comprehensive institutional guarantee for the construction of Chongqing section of the Long March national cultural park.

Since the 18th CPC National Congress， General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a scientific academic summary and political conclusion on the Long March Spirit. The Long March Spirit deeply embodies the scientific armed force of Marxist theory and the characteristic endowment of the Chinese nation over 5，000 years. The Nanliang Spirit with the connotation of \"facing the masses， adhering to faith， taking into account the overall situation， seeking truth and pioneering\"， which was forged by the Chinese Communists represented by Liu Zhidan ，Xie Zichang and Xi Zhongxun in the revolutionary struggle practice of leading the masses to create the Shaanxi-Gansu revolutionary base area centered on Nanliang， has become an important part of the revolutionary spiritual lineage of the Communist Party of China and the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation. The Nanliang Spirit can be used as a vivid material to carry out ideal and belief education of party members and cadres， patriotism education of the masses， ideological and moral education of young people， and ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to \"nurture the root and soul of the nation\". Therefore， it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to further explain the Nanliang Spirit for carrying forward the revolutionary tradition， inheriting the red gene and telling the story of Nanliang well.
