北京市美麗休閑鄉村發展現狀及對策研究

摘? ? 要：美麗休閑鄉村推介是農業農村部和北京市促進鄉村休閑業態集群式發展的重要舉措。為總結美麗休閑鄉村發展經驗、推動北京市休閑農業高質量發展，通過美麗休閑鄉村申報表和監測表分析、實地考察，以及大眾點評網點評情況比對，分析了76個北京市市級及以上美麗休閑鄉村的規模布局、產業資源和旅游資源情況、景觀建設情況，以及經營主體、經營業態、品牌營銷等休閑農業產業情況，初步總結美麗休閑鄉村發展目前存在的主要問題，包括主題化建設不突出、產業融合程度不高、伴手產品開發不足、文化挖掘利用不夠、網絡傳播渠道不暢等，提出了加強主題鄉村建設、推動產業深度融合、豐富伴手產品內容、深化文化挖掘利用、強化品牌網絡營銷等發展建議，以期為北京市休閑農業振興鄉村提供思路。

Abstract： The promotion of beautiful leisure villages is an important measure of the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs and Beijing to promote the cluster development of rural leisure formats. In order to summarize the development experience of beautiful leisure villages and promote the high-quality development of leisure agriculture in Beijing， this paper analyzed the scale layout， resources， landscape construction and leisure agriculture industry of 76 beautiful leisure villages in Beijing， through the analysis of declaration forms and monitoring forms of beautiful leisure villages， field visits and comparison of comments on public comment websites. The beautiful leisure villages are plagued by problems such as lack of thematic construction of villages， low degree of industrial integration， insufficient development of souvenirs， insufficient utilization of cultural elements， and unsmooth network communication channels. Some development suggestions qre put forward， such as strengthening the construction of theme villages， promoting the deep integration of industries， enriching the content of souvenirs， deepening culture excavation and utilization， and strengthening network marketing， in order to provide ideas for strengthening the rural vitalization function of leisure agriculture.

休閑農業是延長農業產業鏈條、拓展農業多種功能、挖掘鄉村多元價值、激發鄉村內生動力，從而促進農民增收和鄉村振興的重要產業。休閑農業產業化，是以休閑農業為龍頭，相關產業協調發展，市場化、規模化、現代化和國際化不斷推進，進而形成產業集群化的過程[1]。產業集群化是休閑農業產業化發展的有效途徑[2]。為推進休閑農業產業集群化發展，國家層面推出了一系列的政策，如全國休閑農業與鄉村旅游示范縣[3]、全國休閑農業重點縣[4]等，推動資源適度集聚、休閑農業產業化發展。……
