


摘? 要:目前我國(guó)的職業(yè)教育面臨轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。通過當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法,合理運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)、方法和資源構(gòu)建混合教學(xué)模式,打造“線上”加“線下”的教學(xué)和實(shí)踐體系,采用分組協(xié)同學(xué)習(xí),小組競(jìng)賽對(duì)抗的方式,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí),改善課堂內(nèi)的社會(huì)心理氣氛、促進(jìn)學(xué)生形成良好的非認(rèn)知品質(zhì),拓展復(fù)合型技術(shù)技能人才的職業(yè)技能與就業(yè)本領(lǐng),激發(fā)學(xué)生的主觀學(xué)習(xí)能動(dòng)性,進(jìn)而有效地提高教學(xué)效率和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。

Research on Group Learning Activities under the Blending Learning Mode
—Taking“the Data Structure”Course as an Example

Abstract: At present, our country's vocational education is facing the huge challenge of transformation and upgrading and improving the quality of personnel training. Through the current internet technology innovation teaching methods, this paper uses reasonably information technology, methods and resources to build a blending learning mode, creates an “online” and “offline” teaching and practice system, uses the methods of group collaborative learning and group competition to enhance students' sense of teamwork, improve the social psychological atmosphere in the classroom, promote students to form good non-cognitive qualities, expand the vocational skills and employment skills of compound technical talents, and stimulate students' subjective learning initiative, then effectively improve teaching efficiency and the quality of personnel training.

目前我國(guó)的職業(yè)教育還不能完全適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展,如何在新理念指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量仍是我們亟待解決的問題。《國(guó)家職業(yè)教育改革實(shí)施方案》中提出“把職業(yè)教育擺在教育改革創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中更加突出的位置。牢固樹立新發(fā)展理念,促進(jìn)職業(yè)院校加強(qiáng)專業(yè)建設(shè)、深化課程改革、增強(qiáng)實(shí)訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、提高師資水平,全面提升教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量[1]?!蓖ㄟ^當(dāng)前科技發(fā)展成果創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法,構(gòu)建了混合教學(xué)模式,打造了“線上”加“線下”的教學(xué)和實(shí)踐體系,采用分組協(xié)同學(xué)習(xí)等方式,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí),激發(fā)學(xué)生的主觀學(xué)習(xí)能動(dòng)性,進(jìn)而有效地提高教學(xué)效率和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
1? 混合教學(xué)環(huán)境下分組學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的意義
職業(yè)院?;旌辖虒W(xué)環(huán)境下分組學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)研究充分考慮職業(yè)教育作為一種類型教育的重要組成,是落實(shí)立德樹人根本任務(wù)、完善職業(yè)教育和培訓(xùn)體系、深化教、學(xué)、做、賽創(chuàng)新融合的一條重要實(shí)施途徑,具有以下三個(gè)方面的意義。……
