基于AHP法的鮮活農產品物流風險評估與應對策略

摘要：隨著社會經濟的發展，中國鮮活農產品物流風險已成為影響農業經濟發展的重要問題，鮮活農產品進一步發展的瓶頸已經從生產領域轉入流通領域。以鮮活農產品的特點及現狀為出發點，指出鮮活農產品物流中存在的風險，運用層次分析法（AHP）對各種風險包括技術風險、信息風險、流通風險、質量安全風險、管理風險等進行了評估，并基于風險評估結果提出了相應的風險防范對策。

Abstract： With the development of economy and society， the physical distribution of the fresh agricultural products becomes an important problem to the economic growth of agriculture. The bottleneck has been changed from the production area to circulation area. Based on the current situation of agricultural products， we analyzed the existing risks by using AHP method， including information risk， circulation risk， quality risk， management risk and other perspective. Suggestions to reduce the risks were proposed based on the AHP result.
