摘要 從感知、傳輸、支撐、應(yīng)用和用戶5個層次對環(huán)保物聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,同時(shí)從系統(tǒng)劃分的角度敘述了環(huán)保物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的構(gòu)成和功能組成,并就其在我國當(dāng)前的應(yīng)用中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析和探討,提出了相應(yīng)的解決辦法。

Application and Current Status of Environment Protection IOT in China

Abstract The concept of what was environment protection IOT was described on five respects,which including sensing,transmitting,supporting,applying and using.At the same time,the function and structure of environment protection IOT were also given from system dividing. The existed problems and the methods how to resolve were put forward at the last part of this paper.

在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),環(huán)境問題也日益突出,嚴(yán)重制約了經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展以及人民生活水平的提高。由于我國目前仍然處于工業(yè)化的上升期,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展給環(huán)境帶來了嚴(yán)重的影響。“十一五”期間,雖然環(huán)保工作取得了一定成績,局部有所改善,但總體形勢依然十分嚴(yán)峻。為實(shí)現(xiàn)“十二五規(guī)劃”制定的污染物排放量減排長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo),迫切需要健全節(jié)能減排統(tǒng)計(jì)、監(jiān)測和考核三大體系,不斷完善統(tǒng)計(jì)、核算、監(jiān)測方法,提高能源統(tǒng)計(jì)的及時(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性和全面性,方便環(huán)保部門及時(shí)有效地對污染源排放量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督,并做到信息公開化,實(shí)現(xiàn)全民共同監(jiān)督。環(huán)保物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使上述目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)成為可能[1-2]。
1 環(huán)保物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)功能概述
通常意義上講,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的架構(gòu)為3層,但如果進(jìn)一步細(xì)分,由下至上,環(huán)保物聯(lián)網(wǎng)可劃分為5層,分別為感知層、傳輸層、支撐層、應(yīng)用層和用戶層。其中,感知層主要是各類智能監(jiān)控終端、傳感器和在線設(shè)備,對環(huán)境質(zhì)量和污染源等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的采集;傳輸層由有線和無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)組成,實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境信息的傳遞,現(xiàn)在基本由電信運(yùn)營商網(wǎng)和應(yīng)急狀態(tài)下的衛(wèi)星網(wǎng)構(gòu)成;……
