[摘要] 目的 分析冠心病PCI術后患者相關知識掌握程度及影響因素,給臨床醫護提供參考。方法 制定調查問卷,隨機選取該院2016年1—12月收治的96例冠心病PIC術后患者作為該次調查研究對象,了解患者相關知識的掌握程度,并分析結果影響因素。 結果 PCI患者的認知程度受到多種因素影響,學歷從低到高評分為(0.62±0.46)分、(0.81±0.39)分、(1.18±0.60)分、(1.57±0.39)分;年齡越高,認知程度越低下69~80歲評分為(0.67±0.50)分,50~69歲為(1.09±1.41)分,30~50歲為(1.19±0.47)分,18~30歲為(1.23±0.39)分;城鎮居民認知為(1.27±0.53)分,高于農村的(0.82±0.48)分。 結論 臨床上必須從思想上認識到術后患者相關知識掌握的重要性,同時加強冠心病支架植入術后患者宣教,結合患者情況,選取合理的宣傳教學方式,進而實現提高患者健康行為的目的。

Analysis of Related Knowledge Mastery Degree and Influence Factors of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI Operation

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the related knowledge mastery degree and influence factors of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI operation and provide reference for the clinical medicine. Methods 96 cases of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI operation admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly selected and surveyed by the questionnaires, and the related knowledge mastery degree of patients was known, and the influence factors of results were analyzed. Results The cognitive degree was affected by multiple factors, and the academic level from low to high was respectively (0.62±0.46)points, (0.81±0.39)points, (1.18±0.60)points, (1.57±0.39)points, the higher the age, the lower the cognitive degree, and the score between 69 to 80 was (0.67±0.50), the score between 50 to 69 was (1.09±1.41)points, the score between 30 to 50 was (1.19±0.47)points, the score between 18 to 30 was (1.23±0.39)points, and the cognitive score of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents, [(1.27±0.53)points vs (0.82±0.48)points]. Conclusion In clinic, we must recognize the importance of related knowledge mastery of patients after operation mentally, at the same time, we should enhance the education of patients after the coronary heart disease intracoronary stent implantation and select the rational education method according to the practical conditions of patients thus improving the health behavior of patients.

冠狀動脈內支架植入術是治療冠心病的方法之一,但很多患者仍會出現支架內再狹窄問題。經過分析發現,不良生活習慣如吸煙、飲酒等,均是冠心病PCIS術后相關知識掌握的影響因素[1]。該次制定調查問卷方法,隨機選取該院2016年1—12月收治的96例冠心病PIC術后患者作為該次調查研究對象,分析冠心病PCI術后患者先關知識掌握程度及相關影響因素,了解患者的健康需求,并針對性的開展了健康教育,取得的臨床應用效果較理想,現報道如下。
