微生物檢驗(yàn)在基層疾控機(jī)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)分析與探討

摘要：目的 分析微生物檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量控制工作在基層疾控機(jī)構(gòu)所面臨的問(wèn)題，并探討相關(guān)的措施對(duì)策。方法 采取經(jīng)驗(yàn)性總結(jié)的方法對(duì)相關(guān)的文件進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)微生物檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量控制工作中的相關(guān)問(wèn)題并制定應(yīng)對(duì)措施。結(jié)果 通過(guò)對(duì)基層疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)微生物檢驗(yàn)質(zhì)量的相關(guān)的文件進(jìn)行總結(jié)之后，發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題主要包括：實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備配置等硬件落后、實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程的不規(guī)范化、實(shí)驗(yàn)方法缺乏科學(xué)化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、檢驗(yàn)人員專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)水平較低。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題，我們可以通過(guò)以下幾個(gè)方面的質(zhì)量控制管理措施控制，包括完善實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備配置、規(guī)范實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程、應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)科學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法以及加強(qiáng)和提高優(yōu)秀實(shí)驗(yàn)人員的考核制度等。結(jié)論 保證基層疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)微生物檢驗(yàn)工作的質(zhì)量，關(guān)鍵是實(shí)施針對(duì)性的質(zhì)量控制管理措施，對(duì)于提高機(jī)構(gòu)微生物檢驗(yàn)水平具有重要的意義。

Abstract：Objective This paper analyzes the problems faced by the quality control work of microbiological inspection in the primary disease control institutions，and probes into the relevant measures and countermeasures.Methods The related empirical summary analysis and summarize the relevant documents，found problems related to microbiological quality control work and formulate measures.Results After the basic institution of disease prevention and control of microorganisms quality inspection of the relevant documents were summarized，the problems mainly include：experimental equipment hardware backward，the experiment process is not standardized，the experimental method is lack of scientific and standardized，professional quality inspection personnel is low.To solve these problems，we can adopt the following several aspects of the quality control and management control， including the improvement of experimental equipment，standardized experimental process，experimental method of applying the standard scientific and strengthen and improve high excellent experimental personnel assessment system.Conclusion To ensure quality control mechanism of microbiological examination work illness prevention，the key is to implement the quality control management measures，has important significance for improving the mechanism of microbiological examination.

在疾病預(yù)防與控制、突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件、衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督執(zhí)法、職業(yè)安全、食品安全、健康相關(guān)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測(cè)和評(píng)定等方面及工作當(dāng)中，疾控機(jī)構(gòu)微生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室起著非常重要的技術(shù)保障作用[1]。特別是近年來(lái)，隨著人們環(huán)境衛(wèi)生及自我保護(hù)意識(shí)的不斷加強(qiáng)，人們對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)的需求變得越來(lái)越大，對(duì)于實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的客觀性、科學(xué)性以及準(zhǔn)確性等方面的要求也越來(lái)越高，這就使得微生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室面臨的挑戰(zhàn)大大增加[2]。……
