基于BP神經網絡模型的商洛市卷煙需求預測

摘 要：在國家經濟新常態的大背景下，煙草行業自身“小氣候”不可避免地發生變化，行業經濟運行呈現出一些新的變化和特點。根據商洛市卷煙消費市場調查收集的有關數據，建立卷煙需求神經網絡預測模型，介紹了其指標選取、聚類和篩選，利用Matlab軟件對數據進行訓練、仿真。與實際銷量進行對比分析，證明采用的BP神經網絡預測結果準確。

Abstract：Under the background of the new normal economy， the tobacco industry's own “microclimate” inevitably changes， and the economic operation of the industry presents some new changes and characteristics.According to the relevant data collection and investigation of cigarette consumption market in Shangluo City， established cigarette demand neural network forecasting model， introduced the index selection， clustering and screening， used Matlab software for data simulation and training. Compared with the actual sales， it is proved that the BP neural network prediction results are accurate.

國家經濟進入新常態，煙草經濟是國家經濟的組成部分，兩者是局部與整體的關系，并且關聯度很高，煙草經濟必然會受到經濟新常態的影響。在經濟新常態的大背景下，煙草行業自身“小氣候”不可避免地發生變化，行業經濟運行呈現出新的變化和特點。近年來，商洛市卷煙市場需求持續穩定增長，卷煙銷量逐年遞增，取得了較好的發展成績。2014年商洛市卷煙銷量77 425箱，較2008年增加9 634箱，6 a累計增長14.2%。然而，受限于人口基數小、經濟基礎弱、勞務輸出多等因素，市場需求有限，卷煙銷量在陜西省排名相對靠后。卷煙需求增長率從2010年（3.75%）以來持續下滑，2013年跌至最低點（0.7%），2014年略有回升，2015年，商洛市卷煙銷量降幅為陜西省

最大。

目前，由于宏觀經濟下行、控煙政策趨緊、市場需求疲軟等多重因素疊加，煙草行業面臨“增長速度回落，工商庫存增加，結構空間變窄，需求拐點逼近”的四大難題，行業發展進入緩慢增長期，商洛市卷煙需求變化尤為突出。……
