甘肅省農村電子商務物流發展存在的問題與對策研究

【摘 要】隨著電子商務在全國范圍內的普及，甘肅省的電子商務行業也取得了長足發展。但是，物流行業的不發達卻成為了限制電子商務行業發展的主要因素。為此，論文簡單介紹了甘肅省電子商務物流行業的發展現狀，同時深入研究了甘肅省農村電子商務物流發展存在的主要問題及其解決對策，以期進一步提高甘肅省農村電子商務物流行業的發展水平，優化甘肅省農村的產業結構，進而推動甘肅省整體經濟的發展。

【Abstract】With the popularity of e-commerce across the country， e-commerce industry in Gansu province also has made a great progress. However， the underdevelopment of the logistics industry has become a major factor restricting the development of e-commerce industry. So， this article simply introduces the current situation of the development of e-commerce logistics industry in Gansu province， at the same time， further study of the main problems of rural e-commerce logistics development in Gansu province and its countermeasures are made to further improve the level of rural e-commerce logistics industry development， optimize the industrial structure of rural areas and promote the overall economic development of Gansu province.

1 引言

隨著 “互聯網+”計劃的提出和農業供給側改革的深入，互聯網在甘肅農村地區不斷滲透，農產品的銷售方式發生了巨大變化，促使甘肅省農村電子商務迅速發展。農村電子商務的發展應以農產品、林果產品、民俗產品等特色農產品為主，依托電子商務平臺、“萬村千鄉”市場工程、供銷社農資連鎖店、農村郵政局（所）、鄉村快遞網點、農村電子商務服務點等為農民提供生產資料，并不斷提高農村生產生活服務水平。物流業是電子商務生存與發展的基本保障，甘肅省作為農業省份，必須大力發展農村電子商務物流，為電子商務的高速發展創造環境。

2 甘肅省電子商務物流行業的發展現狀

甘肅省農村電子商務物流發展水平較低，不僅交通不發達，物流節點少，且互聯網普及程度低，農村物流服務信息不健全，導致甘肅省農村電子商務物流的發展緩慢。……
