神經(jīng)外科治療失禁性皮炎患者的臨床研究及護理觀察

【摘要】 目的 探討神經(jīng)外科失治療禁性皮炎患者的療效及護理。方法 136例失禁性皮炎患者， 隨機分為治療組和對照組， 每組68例。治療組采用液體敷料（賽膚潤、潔悠神）治療， 對照組采用紅霉素軟膏治療， 兩組患者均采用基礎(chǔ)護理和飲食護理。觀察比較兩組患者的療效、治愈時間及不良發(fā)應發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療組總有效率為100.00%， 平均治愈時間為（6.23±1.21）d；對照組總有效率為89.71%， 平均治愈時間為（8.35±2.45）d；兩組患者的總有效率和平均治愈時間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。兩組均未出現(xiàn)不良反應。結(jié)論 賽膚潤、潔悠神治療失禁性皮炎效果好、方法簡單， 無不良反

應， 為臨床治療失禁性皮炎提供了另外一種方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the efficacy and nursing on patients with incontinence dermatitis in Department of Neurosurgery. Methods A total of 136 patients with incontinence dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 68 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with liquid dressings （sanyrene， Jieyoushen）， and the control group was treated with erythromycin ointment. Both groups received basic nursing and dietary nursing. Observation and comparison were made on efficacy， cure time and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups. Results The treatment group had total effective rate as 100.00% and mean cure time as （6.23±1.21） d， which were 89.71% and （8.35±2.45） d in the control group. Both groups had statistically significant difference in total effective rate and mean cure time （P<0.05）. Both groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Sanyrene and Jieyoushen shows good effect in treating incontinence dermatitis， and this method is simple and safe without adverse reactions. It provides another method for clinical treatment of incontinence dermatitis.

失禁性皮炎臨床表現(xiàn)為肛門周圍皮膚出現(xiàn)紅、腫、熱、痛甚至皮膚破潰[1]。在臨床上腹瀉及大便失禁的患者， 因每天反復多次糞便刺激， 和過多擦洗而引起肛周紅腫。在神經(jīng)外科患者中失禁性皮炎發(fā)生率尤其較高， 如不及時治療護理可導致肛周糜爛破潰或繼發(fā)感染， 這樣會加重病情， 從而增加患者的痛苦。為盡量減輕患者的痛苦， 避免并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生， 本科2013年11月～2016年6月對68例失禁性皮炎患者采用液體敷料（賽膚潤、潔悠神）治療， 并設(shè)對照組68例， 進行臨床對比觀察分析?，F(xiàn)報告如下。
