摘 要:醫學類在線開放課程與其他專業在線開放課程本質上并無二致,但不同地區醫學院校的教育教學質量受到所在地區的臨床病例資源、診療條件、科研水平、乃至當地經濟社會發展水平等因素的影響。因此,不同醫學院校畢業生的專業素養和技能訓練水平會有較大差異。實施在線開放課程教學模式可使全國各地近200所醫學院校的學生公平獲得優質教育資源,提高醫學教育質量。文章分析了我國醫學在線開放課程建設中的幾個常見問題及對策,主要是課程質量與數量并重、線下課堂支撐與線上課程建設并重、以及注重教學管理與課程評價等。

Common Problems and Countermeasuresin the Construction of Medical Online Open Courses in China

Abstract:The online open courses for medical students is essentially the same as that of other advanced education professional online courses, however, the teaching quality of medical colleges and universities in different regions is influenced by the local clinical case resources, the conditions of diagnosis and treatment, the level of scientific research, the number and level of affiliated hospitals, and even the local economic and social development levels.Therefore, the level of professional accomplishment and skill training of graduates from different medical colleges and universities will be greatly different. The implementation of the massive online open course teaching model will enable all students in more than 200 medical colleges and universities in our country toobtain high-quality medical education resources equallyand improve the quality of medical education.This article summarizes several problems that should be paid attention to in the development of medical online open courses in China, including the quality and quantity of courses are equally valued, the off-line classroom support is as important as online course construction, and the teaching management and course evaluation should be emphasized.

國家教育部聯合原衛計委于2012年出臺了《關于實施卓越醫生教育培養計劃的意見》,明確了高等醫學教育改革的方向和培養卓越醫生的策略,提出要轉變教師和管理者的教育教學理念,下大力氣推進以學生為中心的教學模式。2013年由北京大學、清華大學、上海交通大學等高校開始建設和使用MOOC課程,2013年因此成為我國的在線開放教學元年。2015年教育部發布了《關于加強高等學校在線開放課程建設應用與管理的意見》,進一步引導高校充分融合利用互聯網+技術改進教學模式,更新教學手段,全方位提高課程教學質量,推動了我國在線開放課程建設與教學改革的進程。經過5年的發展……
