西藏阿里地區(qū)公立醫(yī)療機構(gòu)醫(yī)學(xué)裝備管理現(xiàn)狀問題調(diào)查

摘 要：目的 確定和評估西藏阿里地區(qū)公立醫(yī)療機構(gòu)醫(yī)學(xué)裝備管理所面臨的主要問題，為醫(yī)院提高醫(yī)療設(shè)備管理質(zhì)量提出建議。方法 本研究基于醫(yī)療設(shè)備管理理論，在阿里地區(qū)各級公立醫(yī)療機構(gòu)包含地區(qū)人民醫(yī)院、地區(qū)藏醫(yī)院、各縣衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心（含縣醫(yī)院、婦幼保健院、藏醫(yī)院、疾控中心）進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查及半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談。結(jié)果 本研究最終收集了164份有效問卷，進(jìn)行13次半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談。其中阿里地區(qū)醫(yī)院84.97%的相關(guān)工作人員表示，該系統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)裝備管理失敗在于組織機構(gòu)不完善和相關(guān)技術(shù)人員理論知識不熟練。雖然醫(yī)院管理者認(rèn)識到這些問題，但由于人才缺乏和資金等限制不能很好地解決這些問題。結(jié)論 經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)醫(yī)院應(yīng)制度和技術(shù)并重，探析哪些問題最服務(wù)于醫(yī)學(xué)裝備管理的長久發(fā)展，而有效的醫(yī)學(xué)裝備管理有利于提升醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療水平，從而為患者提供更好的服務(wù)。

Investigation on the Current Situation of Medical Equipment Management in Public Medical Institutions in Ali Region of Tibet

Abstract：Objective To determine and evaluate the main problems in the management of medical equipment in public medical ins-titutions in Ali region， Tibet， and to put forward some suggestions for improving the quality of medical equipment management in hos-pitals.Methods Based on medical equipment management theory，we carried out questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview in the public medical institutions at all levels in Ali region include district people's hospital， regional Tibetan hospital， county health service center （including county hospital， maternal and child health hospital， Tibetan hospital， disease control center）.Results 164 va-lid questionnaires were collected and 13 semi-structured interviews were conducted.Among them， 84.97% of the related staff in the Ali region hospital said that the failure of the medical equipment management of the system lies in the imperfect organization and the un-skilled theoretical knowledge of the related technicians.Although hospital administrators are aware of these problems， these problems can not be solved well because of the lack of talents and funds.Conclusion Hospitals in economically underdeveloped areas should pay equal attention to both system and technology， and explore which problems serve the long-term development of medical equipm-ent management， and effective medical equipment management is beneficial to improve the medical level of hospitals. In order to pro-vide better services for patients.

醫(yī)療設(shè)備管理（medical technology management）是對醫(yī)療器械的使用、設(shè)備性能以及維護(hù)進(jìn)行管理，從而掌握設(shè)備狀態(tài)，使其發(fā)揮更好的效能[1]。有效的醫(yī)學(xué)裝備管理技術(shù)是醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵組成部分，能夠極大提高醫(yī)療專業(yè)人員預(yù)防、診斷和治療疾病的水平[2]。然而，如西藏等許多欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)由于此學(xué)科的缺乏或不完善，導(dǎo)致醫(yī)院醫(yī)學(xué)裝備管理面臨許多難題。許多醫(yī)療機構(gòu)，設(shè)備短缺、設(shè)備不工作、誤用或使用不當(dāng)較為常見，此情況在偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的情況最為嚴(yán)重。……
