創(chuàng)新醫(yī)院管理制度 促進醫(yī)院可持續(xù)發(fā)展

摘 要：在日趨激烈的競爭中，如何保證醫(yī)療機構健康、穩(wěn)步的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展，保障醫(yī)療機構的競爭力，為人民的健康服務，是新形勢下醫(yī)院管理團隊亟需解決的問題。解決這些問題要從基礎和制度入手進行改革，讓醫(yī)院在時代大潮中占據(jù)一個新的高點。本文從醫(yī)院管理制度的現(xiàn)狀入手，分析了現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理制度的弊端，進而深入剖析了這些制度帶來的問題。針對各種問題，從政府和醫(yī)院層面，提出了一些切實可行的改革方法。只有深刻認識現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理制度的本質(zhì)，準確把握現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理制度的創(chuàng)新道路，才能把醫(yī)院建設推向前進的道路。

Abstract：In the increasingly fierce competition， how to ensure the healthy，steady and sustainable development of medical institutions， ensure the competitiveness of medical institutions，and serve the health of the people is an urgent problem for the hospital management team under the new situation.To solve these problems，we must start from the basics and systems to carry out reforms，so that the hospitals occupy a new high point in the tide of the times.This paper starts with the current situation of hospital management system， analyzes the shortcomings of modern hospital management system，and further analyzes the problems brought by these systems.In response to various problems，some practical reform methods have been proposed from the government and hospital levels.Only by profoundly understanding the essence of the modern hospital management system and accurately grasping the innovation path of the modern hospital management system can hospital construction be pushed forward.

隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務供求關系的改變，不管是醫(yī)療設備和技術的應用，還是對患者的吸引，均是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院重點關注的問題[1]。醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)作為民生事業(yè)，關系到千家萬戶的幸福安康，如何全面發(fā)展醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)，給群眾提供更加方便、安全、便捷的服務是醫(yī)院單位亟待解決的問題。以往傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)院管理制度已經(jīng)不能適應現(xiàn)代社會的發(fā)展要求，建立中國特色現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理制度是現(xiàn)階段醫(yī)院發(fā)展的大方向。如何建立現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院管理制度，就要求我們解放思想，開拓創(chuàng)新。社會發(fā)展的動力是創(chuàng)新，只有不斷創(chuàng)新，我們醫(yī)院的管理制度才能適應時代需求，才能更好地為人民群眾服務。

1 醫(yī)院管理制度現(xiàn)狀分析
