【摘要】 目的:調(diào)查臨床護(hù)士對壓力性損傷的認(rèn)知情況。方法:選擇海南省6所三級甲等綜合醫(yī)院的887名護(hù)士進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:護(hù)士壓力性損傷相關(guān)知識考核的總體得分為(69.06±20.59)分,不同年齡、工作年限、學(xué)歷、職稱等對壓力性損傷的認(rèn)知得分比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);總體來說,壓力性損傷的圖例判斷是護(hù)士們掌握最差的知識點。結(jié)論:海南省三級甲等醫(yī)院的臨床護(hù)士對壓力性損傷知識的掌握情況不容樂觀,需要尋找適合本省護(hù)士關(guān)于壓力性損傷的最佳培訓(xùn)方法,進(jìn)而改善本省壓力性損傷預(yù)防與管理效果、降低臨床壓力性損傷發(fā)生率。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the cognitive status of clinical nurses about stress injury. Method: The total of 887 nurses from 6 tertiary and first-class general hospitals in Hainan province were investigated. Result: The overall score of knowledge assessment of stress injury among nurses was (69.06±20.59) score. There were significant differences in cognition of stress injury among different ages, working years, educational background and professional titles (P<0.05). Generally speaking, the legend judgment of stress injury was the worst for nurses. Conclusion: It is not optimistic that the clinical nurses in grade a hospitals of hainan have a good command of the knowledge of stress injury, so it is necessary to find the best training method suitable for provincial nurses on stress injury, so as to improve the prevention and management effect of provincial stress injury and reduce the incidence of clinical stress injury.[Key words] Nurses Stress injury Cognition First-authors address: Affiliated Haikou Hospital of Xiangya Medical College, Central South University, Haikou 570208, China
壓力性損傷(pressure injury,PI)是發(fā)生在皮膚和/或皮下軟組織的局限性損傷,通常發(fā)生在骨隆突處或皮膚與醫(yī)療設(shè)備接觸處。有調(diào)研結(jié)果顯示,我國壓力性損傷現(xiàn)患率為1.57%[1],而護(hù)士是壓力性損傷預(yù)防、宣教和處理工作的直接承擔(dān)者[2],因此,護(hù)士對壓力性損傷的認(rèn)知情況會直接影響到護(hù)理質(zhì)量[3]。本研究旨在調(diào)查海南省三級甲等綜合醫(yī)院臨床護(hù)士對壓力性損傷知識的掌握情況,以期為醫(yī)院管理者制訂有針對性的培訓(xùn)方案,為提高護(hù)士壓力性損傷預(yù)防能力及處理技能提供參考依據(jù),現(xiàn)報道如下。
1 對象與方法
1.1 對象 2018年3-6月,采用便利抽樣的方法抽取海南省6所三級甲等綜合醫(yī)院的護(hù)士為研究對象。護(hù)士納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):臨床護(hù)理一線的注冊護(hù)士,知情同意,自愿參與調(diào)查。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn):收集資料期間未在崗護(hù)士,所調(diào)研醫(yī)院的進(jìn)修護(hù)士。
1.2 方法
1.2.1 調(diào)查工具 在參考有關(guān)壓力性損傷指南和分析文獻(xiàn)[4]的基礎(chǔ)上自設(shè)問卷,經(jīng)10名壓力性損傷專家修訂(專家均為中級及以上職稱)。調(diào)查問卷分為兩部分,第1部分為一般情況,包括年齡、工作年限、初始學(xué)歷、最高學(xué)歷、職稱、工作科室等;第2部分為壓力性損傷的相關(guān)知識,知識得分以答題正確率×100分計算,即總分為100分。……
