數字化管理對門診藥房藥品管理與發放的影響

[摘要] 目的 分析實施數字化管理對門診藥房藥品管理與發放的影響。方法 選取2017年1月—2018年1月期間的門診藥房管理與發放情況200例患者作為研究對象，根據管理模式的不同分為兩組，對照組（100例，使用常規管理措施），觀察組（100例，實施數字化管理措施）。對兩組的藥物盤點時間、破損率、患者取藥時長進行收集和比較。結果 觀察組的門診藥房藥品管理賬實相符率數據明顯優于對照組，破損率及患者取藥時長低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 在對門診藥房藥品管理與發放實施數字化管理能有效改善賬實相符率和破損率，提高了門診藥房的工作效率，減少了失誤的發生，值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the impact of implementing digital management on drug management and distribution in outpatient pharmacies. Methods 200 cases patients of outpatient pharmacy management and distribution from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research objects. They were divided into two groups according to different management modes， the control group （100 cases， using conventional management measures）， and the observation group （100 cases， implementing digital management measures）. The drug inventory time， breakage rate， and patient taking time of the two groups were collected and compared. Results The compliance data of outpatient pharmacy drug management data in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. The damage rate and the length of time for patients to take drugs were lower than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The digital management of outpatient pharmacy drug management and distribution can effectively improve the compliance rate and breakage rate， improve the efficiency of outpatient pharmacy， reduce the occurrence of errors， and is worth promoting.

門診藥房藥品是醫療項目中的一項重要元素，藥品的質量好壞以及能否正確使用，對疾病的控制治療有重要作用[1]。因此，門診藥房藥品管理與發放工作是管理中不可忽視的環節，但由于門診人多，藥品的種類和數量繁多，急需用藥時容易匆忙取出;醫護人員對于藥品的儲存意識不夠，需避光的藥品未能進行避光處理;藥品在入庫檢查和消耗中的記錄不夠詳細[2]。若不及時處理這類問題，最終易導致使用者不遵循規范用藥，使醫護人員的工作效率降低，甚至耽誤病情診斷。該研究中，分析了實施數字化管理對門診藥房藥品管理與發放的影響，報道如下。
