基于針灸臨床特色優勢多樣化模塊教學模式的應用與探討

[摘要] 昆明市中醫醫院針灸科作為云南省針灸學繼續醫學教育基地，結合自身臨床及學科特色優勢，設立了針灸特色優勢多樣化模塊教學。特色模塊學時為4周，內容包括教學查房、針法實操、專題講座、名醫經驗、跟師學習、病例討論、經典晨讀等，將實訓式、問題式、體驗式教學模式滲透到針灸特色模塊教學中。目的是在加強學生針灸臨床思維能力培養的同時，兼顧其經典理論及實際操作的學習，為下一步真正進入臨床工作奠定基礎。

[Abstract] The Department of Acupuncture of Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， as the continuing medical education base of acupuncture in Yunnan Province， combines its own clinical and disciplinary advantages， and establishes a variety of modules with acupuncture characteristics and advantages. The characteristic module is 4 weeks， including teaching rounds， acupuncture exercises， special lectures， experience of famous doctors， learning with teachers， case discussions， classic morning reading， etc.， infiltrating the practical， problem-based， and experiential teaching modes to acupuncture featured module teaching. The purpose is to strengthen the students' clinical thinking ability of acupuncture， while taking into account the study of its classic theories and practical operations， to lay the foundation for the next step into the clinical work.

針灸學是中醫學的重要的組成部分，也是中醫專業中比較有特色的學科之一。創新教育理念下，針灸教學的革新，在促進針灸教學實踐中具有重要的意義，是教學目標得以實現的有效保障，隨著針灸教學要求的不斷提高，傳統單一的教學模式已經無法滿足現階段的教學實踐及臨床要求。針灸學是一門實踐性很強的課程，在前期基礎知識的學習后，如何進一步提高學生的針灸臨床思維以及實際操作能力是個難題，目前只有在臨床實踐中學生的針灸臨床思維以及實際操作能力才能得到進一步培養。許多高等中醫院校的專業針灸教學多采用傳統教學模式，即側重于經絡、腧穴、刺灸法的教學，忽視了學生基礎知識運用及臨床實際動手能力的學習培養，影響了實用型中醫人才的成長。這種現象，集中體現在學生由學校基礎學習完成后到醫院臨床見習的銜接階段，所以教學方法和教學模式的改革勢在必行，如何在掌握理論知識的同時，又能更好地應用在臨床實際操作中，則是針灸教學的難點。……
