[摘要] 在醫學院本科教育階段,將科研與教學相結合,不僅對學生過渡進入研究生學習階段具有重要意義,對醫學院學生本科畢業后進入競爭日益激烈的社會工作同樣也具有非常重要的影響。就醫學院本科教學建設而言,遵循本科教育規律的同時,如何加快實施本科教育模式的改革,探索一種適合中國國情的科研與教學相結合的教育模式,不斷提升學生的綜合素質和市場競爭力,是教育者不斷深入探究的問題。高等學校教學與科研的關系問題,長期以來一直被高校所關注。教學工作是高等院校教育工作的基礎,科研工作是培養創新人才的重要載體,是深化教學改革的重要推動力。構建科教融合的和諧關系,促進人才培養,提高高校辦學質量是高等院校生存和發展的重要問題。只有將二者的相互融合,科研工作緊密圍繞教學核心,理論教學不斷促進科學研究的深入,才能實現科研與教學的有機結合,共同發展。

[Abstract] The combination of scientific research and teaching at the undergraduate education stage of medical colleges is not only of great significance for the transition of students into the graduate study stage, but also has a very important impact on the increasingly competitive social work of medical college students after graduation. In terms of undergraduate teaching construction in medical colleges, while following the rules of undergraduate education, how to speed up the implementation of the reform of the undergraduate education model, explore an education model that combines scientific research and teaching suitable for China's national conditions, and continuously improve the comprehensive quality and market competitiveness of students, is a problem that educators continue to explore. The relationship between teaching and research in colleges and universities has long been the focus of colleges and universities. Teaching is the foundation of education in colleges and universities. Scientific research is an important carrier for cultivating innovative talents and an important driving force for deepening teaching reform. Constructing a harmonious relationship between science and education, promoting talent cultivation, and improving the quality of running colleges and universities are important issues for the survival and development of colleges and universities. Only when the two are integrated with each other, scientific research is closely centered on the core of teaching, and theoretical teaching continues to promote the deepening of scientific research, can organic integration and common development of scientific research and teaching be achieved.
