口腔醫院消防管理有效機制的探索與實踐

[摘要] 結合口腔專科醫院大門診小病房的特點，根據《醫療機構消防安全管理》行業標準，分析了口腔醫院消防管理現狀、影響口腔醫院消防安全管理的因素，提出了醫院消防安全管理有效機制的探索：強化主體責任意識，做實做細網格化管理;加強消防系統維護維修，建立第三方檢測評估機制;引入智慧消防管理平臺，不斷提升管理水平;搭建行業交流平臺，相互學習探索創新;分層次培訓教育，增強人員安全意識;科學制定應急預案，重視義消隊伍演練等措施，以期促進口腔醫院消防安全管理工作的提升。

[Abstract] Combined with the characteristics of large outpatient and small wards of dental specialist hospitals， according to the industry standards of “Fire Safety Management of Medical Institutions”， the status of fire management in dental hospitals and the factors affecting the fire safety management of dental hospitals were analyzed， and an effective mechanism for hospital fire safety management， strengthen the subject's sense of responsibility， and implement fine-grained management; strengthen the maintenance and repair of fire protection systems， establish a third-party detection and evaluation mechanism; introduce a smart fire management platform to continuously improve the management level; build an industry communication platform， and learn from each other and explore innovation; hierarchical training and education to enhance personnel safety awareness; scientifically formulate emergency plans， attach importance to measures such as the exercise of volunteer teams， with a view to promoting the improvement of fire safety management in dental hospitals.

隨著人民群眾對口腔疾病就醫需求的不斷提高，現代化口腔醫院建筑也向著大型化、高層化發展。但在消防管理工作中或多或少還存在一些問題，一旦因麻痹大意釀成火災事故，造成人員傷亡或財產損失，責任人及管理人員難辭其咎，消防安全責任重于泰山。如何在醫院消防安全管理行業標準下，走出一條有著口腔醫院特色模式的消防管理，還有待在工作中摸索和總結。

1? 口腔醫院消防管理狀況

①現代口腔醫院正向著高層化，大型化發展，醫院內易燃品多，火災載荷大。加之，醫院的醫生、患者壓力大（特別是住院患者），吸煙者較多，違規吸煙亂扔煙頭行為屢禁不止;醫院內使用電取暖器等高熱設備;口腔醫院內使用酒精燈科室多，一旦有違規等不安全行為，就容易引發火災，造成群死群傷的重大事故和經濟損失。……
