放療擺位質(zhì)量控制措施

[摘要] 目的 探討分析腫瘤患者放療過程中的質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)措施情況。方法 通過該院臨床上腫瘤患者在其進(jìn)行放療過程中的擺問題，對患者擺位過程中存在的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行分析整理，以提高患者放療擺位治療的臨床效果。結(jié)果 腫瘤患者在其放療擺位過程中存在著許多問題，針對不同患者以及不同部位腫瘤放射治療的患者需要制定相對應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制措施，保證患者的擺位準(zhǔn)確性，提高患者的臨床治療效果。結(jié)論 在腫瘤放射治療過程中的體位擺位技術(shù)的質(zhì)量好壞對患者的放療治療效果也存在著明顯的影響。因此，有效的改善提高腫瘤放射治療時的擺位治療，可以明顯的提高患者的放射治療效果。

[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the quality control measures of tumor patients during radiotherapy. Methods Based on the clinical problems of tumor patients in the course of radiotherapy in our hospital， the related problems in the process of patient positioning were analyzed and sorted to improve the clinical effect of radiotherapy positioning. Results There are many problems for tumor patients during their radiotherapy positioning. For different patients and patients with different parts of tumor radiotherapy， we need to formulate corresponding quality control measures to ensure the accuracy of patient positioning and improve the clinical treatment of patients. Conclusion The quality of the posture technique during the radiotherapy of tumors also has a significant impact on the radiotherapy effect of patients. Therefore， effectively improving the setting treatment during tumor radiotherapy can obviously improve the radiotherapy effect of patients.

在目前臨床上腫瘤患者的數(shù)量不斷增加，針對腫瘤患者的臨床治療方案也明顯增加。各種治療方式在腫瘤的治療過程中都具有自身的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用范圍。其中放射治療作為目前腫瘤治療的一種常用的治療方案，其主要的治療機(jī)制就是通過精準(zhǔn)給予腫瘤靶區(qū)足夠的放射劑量，并且在放射治療過程中最大程度降低放射線對腫瘤周圍健康組織細(xì)胞的損害，提高腫瘤局部增生生長的控制率，減少放射治療過程中相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生幾率。在腫瘤的放射治療過程中，放射治療體位的準(zhǔn)確性與重復(fù)性是將最大放射劑量準(zhǔn)確放射給腫瘤局部的重要保障[1-2]。……
