孕前優生健康檢查中環節質量管理探討

[摘要] 目的 探討在孕前優生健康檢查環節中施行質量管理的意義與作用。方法 于2019年1月在該孕檢中心的孕前優生健康檢查環節中進行質量管理模式的施行，通過理念與操作培訓、接診管理、檢測樣本管理、醫療器械管理、影像學診斷結果管理和風險評估管理等措施對整理孕前優生健康檢查環節進行質量管理，比較該孕檢中心施行質量管理模式前后的質量控制評分差異和受檢者滿意度。結果 該孕檢中心施行質量管理后的各項質量控制評分和受檢者滿意度均高于施行前（P<0.05）。結論 在孕前優生健康檢查環節中施行質量管理，有助于綜合質量控制能力的提升，受檢者滿意度也較高，有利于我國優生優育政策的有效落實。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the significance and role of quality management in the prenatal pregnancy health checkup. Methods In January 2019， the quality management model was implemented during the pre-pregnancy eugenics health checkup in the pregnancy test center. Through concept and operation training， consultation management， test sample management， medical device management， imaging diagnosis result management and risk measures such as evaluation management perform quality management on the pre-pregnancy eugenics health check， and compare the quality control score differences and subject satisfaction before and after the implementation of the quality management model in the pregnancy test center. Results The difference between the average quality control scores? after the inplementaion of quality control scores and subject satisfaction after implementation were higher than before the implementation（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of quality management during the pre-pregnancy eugenic health checkup is helpful to the improvement of comprehensive quality control ability and the satisfaction of the testees is also high. It is conducive to the effective implementation of the eugenic policy in China.

孕前優生健康檢查是為響應我國優生優育政策所施行的適齡待孕女性身體健康檢查方式。該檢查方式的設立旨在避免不良妊娠結局、降低我國新生人口的缺陷和提高我國出生人口素質等目的。因孕前優生健康檢查目的與意義的重要性，本研究在檢查環節中進行質量管理，通過嚴格把控各個檢查環節的質量關，希望能夠達成操作簡便、分工科學、工作人員認可和服務對象滿意的孕前優生健康檢查新模式。

1? 資料與方法

1.1? 一般資料

于2019年1月在該孕檢中心的孕前優生檢查環節中施行質量管理模式。該科室中共有14名工作人員，其中男3人（21.43%）、女11人（78.57%）;年齡21～54歲，平均年齡（32.14±4.77）歲;工齡0.4～37.3年，平均工齡（19.32±3.27）年;其中大專學歷2人、本科7人、研究生及以上5人。
