[摘要] 目的 通過對GMP模擬車間實訓課學生評教數據分析,探討精細化管理對其教學質量的影響,從而提高GMP模擬車間實訓課教學質量。方法 通過對管理前后學生教學質量評價進行對比,選取最適合GMP模擬車間的管理方法。結果 采取精細化管理后,學生教學質量評價從35.71%提高到96.42%。結論 對GMP模擬車間精細化管理能夠有效提高該課程的教學質量,給社會帶來更大的經濟效益和社會效益。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the impact of refined management on the quality of teaching by analyzing the evaluation data of students in the GMP simulation workshop training course, so as to improve the quality of the GMP simulation workshop training course. Methods By comparing the evaluation of student teaching quality before and after the management, the management method that is most suitable for the GMP simulation workshop was selected. Results After adopting refined management, the evaluation of students' teaching quality improved from 35.71% to 96.42%. Conclusion The refined management of GMP simulation workshop can effectively improve the teaching quality of the course, and bring greater economic and social benefits to society.

GMP是《藥品生產質量管理規范》的簡稱。GMP模擬車間是制藥專業實踐教學的重要組成部分,而實踐教學又是本科教育的重要環節,教育部于2001—2019中對實踐教學改革問題的關注從“要重視”到“大力加強”再到“高度重視”,充分體現了國家教育部門對高校實踐教學的重視程度[1-2]。自教育部對高職高專專業設置進行調整后,宣布開設制藥專業,多數高職高專都建立了GMP模擬實訓車間。GMP模擬實訓車間的應用也成為近年來研究的熱點[3-6]。
隨著國家食品藥品監督管理總局新修訂的《藥品飛行檢查辦法》的出臺和落實,我國加大了對藥品生產企業的GMP飛行檢查力度和頻率,各制藥企業對車間的管理也更加嚴格[7-8]。但因其特殊性,多數院校GMP模擬車間的管理多存在較大難題,未能使其在教學活動中發揮最大的模擬作用[9]。這極大地延長了畢業生從事實際工作的適應期。為了克服以上……
