騎樓建筑修復(fù)對策及加固設(shè)計研究

摘 要：騎樓建筑是近現(xiàn)代建筑是珍貴的城市資源，但騎樓建筑由于建成年代久遠(yuǎn)，存在不同程度的結(jié)構(gòu)安全問題，需要進(jìn)行加固、維修。騎樓是砌體結(jié)構(gòu)，砌體結(jié)構(gòu)由于自重大、強(qiáng)度低、整體性差等一系列原因，導(dǎo)致其在長期使用下會逐漸形成各種不同程度的損傷。本文分析了騎樓建筑常見損傷的原因，提出了基礎(chǔ)注漿加固法和外置粘鋼圈梁構(gòu)造柱法，有效提高構(gòu)件強(qiáng)度和砌體整體性，該策略為騎樓建筑加固維修施工提供了有益參考。

Abstract：arcade building is a precious urban resource in modern times.However，due to its long history，there are structural safety problems in different degrees，which need to be reinforced and maintained.Arcade is a masonry structure.Because of a series of reasons such as self importance，low strength and poor integrity，masonry structure will gradually form various degrees of damage in long-term use.This paper analyzes the causes of the common damage of the arcade building，and puts forward the foundation grouting reinforcement method and the external steel ring beam construction column method，which can effectively improve the strength of the components and the integrity of the masonry.This strategy provides a useful reference for the reinforcement and maintenance of the arcade building.

騎樓，作為近代嶺南興起的一種建筑形式，由于其將歐陸建筑與東南亞地域特點(diǎn)結(jié)合，具有獨(dú)特的歷史文化價值[1][2][3]。騎樓建筑始建于民國初年，主體結(jié)構(gòu)為磚木結(jié)構(gòu)，墻體主要采用磚石砌體砌筑而成，樓板屋蓋主要采用木結(jié)構(gòu)。經(jīng)歷百年風(fēng)雨的騎樓建筑，在人與環(huán)境等多重因素的影響下，樓板與屋面的木梁、木檁等構(gòu)件腐朽、破損嚴(yán)重，樓面水平剛度作用極大減弱甚至喪失，對于結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性造成了嚴(yán)重的影響，加之原有結(jié)構(gòu)建設(shè)年代較早，缺少圈梁、構(gòu)造柱等鋼筋混凝土約束構(gòu)件，因此目前現(xiàn)存未經(jīng)修繕的騎樓建筑多數(shù)都存在由于穩(wěn)定性差而引起的各類損傷，如墻體的傾斜、裂縫、變形和基礎(chǔ)沉降等，如下圖1、2所示。

1 騎樓建筑損傷原因分析

通過對梧州市和欽州市騎樓建筑共計46棟展開調(diào)查，發(fā)現(xiàn)騎樓損傷案例176例，其中典型結(jié)構(gòu)損傷55例?！?br>
