基于高職教學改革中反思教學對提高教師教學能力的研究

摘? 要：不斷地反思教學，教師在總結教學過程的方法心得的同時，加強與課程教師、學生的交流獲得反饋。使教學得到優化，從而讓教師更好地駕馭課堂，學生更好地提高學習效率。
