校企雙主體聯合育人的物業管理專業現代學徒制研究

摘 要 伴隨著物業管理行業的快速發展，企業數量、行業從業人員在持續增加，這給物業行業轉型發展帶來了機遇與挑戰，但是在發展的過程中我們也看到存在一些問題，單就高職院校人才輸送方面，高校物業管理專業對口人才輸送數量較少，學生培養目標和行業標準有所偏差。因此通過將校企雙主體聯合育人的物業管理專業現代學徒制進行研究分析，不斷挖掘物業管理專業發展潛力，培養具有創新能力的工匠型人才。

Abstract With the rapid development of the property management industry， the number of enterprises and the number of employees in the industry continue to increase， This brings opportunities and challenges to the transformation and development of the property industry， but we also see some problems in the process of development， In the aspect of talent transportation in higher vocational colleges， the number of counterpart talents of property management major in colleges and universities is small， and the training objectives and industry standards of students deviate from each other. Therefore， through the research and analysis of the modern apprenticeship system of the property management specialty which is jointly educated by the school and enterprise， the development potential of the property management specialty is constantly explored， and the craftsmen with innovative ability are cultivated.

1 校企雙主體聯合育人的現代學徒制的重要意義

伴隨著物業管理行業人員構成的轉型，學校傳統的人才培養模式已不能完全適應行業發展的要求，企業需要新鮮血液來注入不斷變革的環境之中，現代學徒制有助于物業管理專業更清楚地了解物業管理行業發展過程中社會對人才結構及其崗位職業能力匹配的實際需求情況，通過校企雙主體聯合育人模式及時調整人才培養目標、課程設置安排，培養出更好地服務于社會發展的高素質人才。對企業來說，通過現代學徒制模式，企業可以減少前期更多的用工成本，達到從學校-企業的無縫對接，做好企業發展的人員儲備，實現雙贏的局面。

建立現代學徒制項目是全面提升學生的職業精神、學習能力、創新研發能力的重要舉措，符合當前職業教育教學改革要求，為服務經濟社會發展、全力推動職業教育教學發展提供新思路、新方向，通過現代學徒制項目不斷提升學生的職業能力和素養，培養專業技能人才，為企業發展提供更多智力支持，不斷推進當前職業教育體系發展。……
