外國駐渝領事官員參觀紅巖革命紀念館：重慶是中國抗戰歷史上非常重要的組成部分

講好重慶紅色故事，從紅巖開始。6月24日，市政府外辦組織外國駐渝領事官員參觀紅巖革命紀念館，了解中共中央南方局和八路軍辦事處在重慶期間的崢嶸歲月，探尋紅色記憶。

荷蘭駐重慶總領事孔思哲、英國駐重慶總領事史云森、埃塞俄比亞駐重慶總領事安特能、菲律賓駐重慶總領事瑪友、烏拉圭駐重慶代總領事琪娜、白俄羅斯駐重慶總領事館代理館長葉·德米特里，及柬埔寨、丹麥等國駐渝領事機構代表參加此次活動。市政府外辦一級巡視員唐文陪同參觀。

“牢記歷史不是為了延續仇恨，而是為了共創美好的未來。當今時代，世界各國應該美美與共，共同創造更加美好的世界?！敝貞c紅巖聯線文化發展管理中心黨委書記朱軍向領事官員一行表示歡迎，并簡要介紹了中共中央南方局在重慶開展工作的情況。他說，抗日戰爭時期的中共中央南方局，不僅為中國人民謀幸福，為中華民族謀復興，也是為世界人民謀和平。

領事官員先后參觀了《千秋紅巖—中共中央南方局歷史暨文物陳列》展覽、中共中央南方局和八路軍駐重慶辦事處舊址、曾家巖50號周公館和桂園。他們認真聽取講解，頻頻駐足仔細觀看展覽圖片和歷史文物，不時與講解員交流。

在接受媒體記者采訪時，領事官員熱烈祝賀中國共產黨成立100周年，高度評價中國共產黨取得的偉大成就?？姿颊芸傤I事表示，作為一名歷史系畢業的外交官，此次紅巖之行他收獲很多，更深入地了解重慶及中國歷史。

“重慶作為戰時首都，擔負了抗戰大后方的獨特角色，經歷了戰火，是中國抗戰歷史上一個非常重要的組成部分?！笔吩粕傤I事表示，此行看到重慶對抗戰遺址的保護非常到位，賦予了歷史新的生命，這不僅是對外講述重慶過去的一段歷史，更可以作為重慶更加國際化的展示窗口。

安特能總領事表示，“此訪看到中國人民團結一致抵御外敵，令我印象深刻，也頗受啟發。中國在過去幾十年中實現了經濟騰飛、社會進步，并成功使數億人脫貧，這些成就離不開中國千千萬萬革命先輩的犧牲和奮斗?！?/p>

葉·德米特里代理館長也表示，“此次參訪我看到了中共中央南方局為建立中華人民共和國發揮了巨大的作用，在中國共產黨成立100周年之際，我們看到中國人民過上了幸福生活?！?/p>

唐文說，在中國共產黨成立100周年之際，學習了解中國共產黨的光輝歷程，特別是中共中央南方局在周恩來、董必武等老一輩無產階級革命家的領導下，堅持以“宣傳出去，爭取過來”的外事方針，爭取國際社會對中國共產黨的了解，擴大中國共產黨對國際社會的影響，為建立廣泛的國際統一戰線作出了重要貢獻。通過此次參訪中國共產黨在重慶對外交往中的歷史故事，外國駐渝領事官員們對中國共產黨有了更加全面、深入的了解，大家認為此次參訪活動很有意義。

Telling well the Red Story of Chongqing starts with Hongyan. The Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government， on June 24， organized a visit to the Hongyan Revolutionary Memorial for consular officials in Chongqing to learn more about the eventful years of the Southern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Eighth Route Army Office in Chongqing and to explore the revolutionary memories.

Koen Sizoo， Consul General of the Netherlands in Chongqing， Stephen Ellison， Consul General of the United Kingdom in Chongqing， Anteneh Tariku Feleke， Consul General of Ethiopia in Chongqing， Flerida Ann Camille P. Mayo， Consul General of the Philippines in Chongqing， Agustina Casavalle Bonilla， Acting Consul General of Uruguay in Chongqing， and Dzmitry Yemelyanau， Acting Director of the Consulate General of Belarus in Chongqing， as well as representatives of consular agencies of Cambodia and Denmark in Chongqing， attended the event. Tang Wen， level-I inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government， accompanied the visit.

“Remembering history is not to perpetuate hatred， but to create a better future together. In today's era， all countries should create a diversified， harmonious， and beautiful world in a common endeavor.” Zhu Jun， secretary of the Committee of Chongqing Hongyan Alliance Culture Developing Management Center of the CPC， extended welcome to the consular officials and briefed on the work undertaken by the Southern Bureau in Chongqing. He noted that the Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression not only strived for the happiness of the Chinese people and the revival of the Chinese nation， but also for the peace of the world people.

The consular officials visited the exhibition Immortal Hongyan - History of the Southern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Exhibition of Cultural Relics， the former sites of the Southern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Eighth Route Army Office in Chongqing， the residence of Zhou Enlai at 50 Zengjiayan， and the Guiyuan （osmanthus garden）. They listened attentively to the explanations， stopped to look at the exhibition pictures and historical relics here and there， and exchanged views with the tour guides from time to time.

In an interview with the journalists， the consular officials warmly congratulated the Communist Party of China on its 100th anniversary and highly commended it for its great achievements. Mr. Koen Sizoo held that， as a diplomat with a degree in history， he gained a lot from his visit to Hongyan and acquired a deeper understanding of Chongqing and Chinese history.

“Chongqing， once the wartime capital， played a unique role as the great rear area during the war， undergoing the fighting and being a very important part of the history of Chinas anti-Japanese war.” Mr. Stephen Ellison reckoned that Chongqing had done a great job of preserving old sites from the war period， giving new life to these historical sites， which not only tell a piece of Chongqing's past to the outside world， but also serve as a more international showcase for Chongqing.

Mr. Anteneh Tariku Feleke said， “I was impressed and inspired by this visit to see the Chinese people standing in unity against foreign invaders.” China's economic take-off， social progress， and success in lifting hundreds of millions of people out of poverty over the past few decades could not have been achieved without the struggle and sacrifice of millions of China's revolutionary martyrs.

“This visit enabled me to become aware of the great role that the Southern Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China played in the establishment of the People's Republic of China， and on the 100th birthday of the founding of the Communist Party of China， we saw the Chinese people living a happy life.” agreed Mr. Dzmitry Yemelyanau.

Tang Wen said， on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China （CPC）， it is important to learn about the glorious history of the CPC， especially the fact that the Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee， under the leadership of Zhou Enlai， Dong Biwu and other old revolutionaries， adhered to the foreign affairs policy of "reaching out and winning over"， striving for international understanding of the CPC and expanding the influence of the CPC on the international community. The Communist Party of China has made an important contribution to the establishment of a broad international united front. The visit was very meaningful as it enabled foreign consular officials in Chongqing to enhance a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the CPC.
